Top Three Single Player Games of April

OnlySP: t’s been a busy couple of months for games, to say the least. With the release of numerous solid triple A titles like Tomb Raider and Bioshock Infinite, it seems no amount of unrelenting hate against EA and the ever so pointless ‘no, YOU deal with it’ arguments surrounding gender inequality in video games can halt the industry from still producing brilliant experiences that simpletons like you and I can enjoy. And that trend doesn’t appear to be slowing down one bit. Alongside the incredibly large explosion known as indie titles currently dominating the charts of Steam (you know, the Messiah of digital distribution), there just hasn’t been a better time to be a gamer. When the quality of such independent titles rival even the largest of behemoths that publishers pump millions of dollars into, you know I’m not lying. Well, maybe a little.

The SP campaign for SS is so good. The story, the setting and the music make it a top campaign to play through :)

Love Soul Sacrifice, I really can't express that enough. Here is hoping it does well enough for Inafune-san to get a chance to make a sequel.

It's not that I disagree but isn't it weird to have a top ___ article for only one month?

Wingsfan244002d ago

Gettin a series of them started. We'll have our traditional three the single players should look out for at the beginning of the month, then top sp games at the end of the month once we've played and reviewed them :)

Writer of the article actually made the mistake of writing it this way, and now we're turning it into a series.

ExCest4002d ago

I see. It could work but there is the problem of finding a set of games every month.

Well, best of luck to you (if you're part of the team) and the writer(s).

Well something when wrong with the shipping of my copy of SS so if feeling like nonsense. Everybody in the world probably 20 levels ahead of me

Island, Steins;Gate Elite and Soma.

MadLad319d ago

Soma is an epic experience.

jznrpg319d ago (Edited 319d ago )

Does ISLAND have English subs ? I can’t find a copy that says it has English subs for PS only the Switch version which I rather not buy .

Love Steins Gate and Soma

shinoff2183319d ago (Edited 319d ago )

FRom what i could find. Nothing with English subs.

Yui_Suzumiya318d ago

I own a physical copy on Switch and it does have English subtitles so it's all good on Switch and Playstation.

Yui_Suzumiya318d ago (Edited 318d ago )

My bad. Steam and Switch have English but PS4 and Vita only have Japanese. Sony doesn't mess with many visual novels which is why I only own a Switch OLED and laptop for all my games.

Zeno Clash II - A Poorly Received Sequel Leading to a Decade Hiatus

Zeno Clash II launched back in 2013, and wasn't nearly as respected as the original title. Ahead of the reboot, is it worth revisiting?
