Um... Awesome! I've been waiting for this game to go down in price. Now is a perfect time to try it. Thanks!

DarkBlood4014d ago

its an extremly easy plat for bothas well, you may need a guide for certain trophies that dont make it quite obvious on how to obtain them

admiralvic4014d ago

Extremely Easy? That's pushing it...

Getting A rank on the second mission of the first game requires a lot of grinding / playing VERY precisely. Even then it's extremely easy to fail.

DarkBlood4014d ago

well i dont know what to say lol, its not demon/dark souls hard or anything the max you can grind is level 8 and all you need to do is spend about 3 hours ish on the first level repeating before going into that boss fight

the second game however becomes easier on second playthrough when you can keep your weapons that was a pain in the ass if you try to get perfect SS without the right weapon

i guess the main thing is you just gotta be patience with the game and those ending ranks trophy you just got to reload a save so to get the second one you just gotta die and retry alot to bring it down or save multiple times i forgot lol

admiralvic4014d ago

The problem is that you're not using any logic. The average person isn't going to know the first boss directly affects the second mission (if more than 10% of the buildings are destroyed between the two fights, you can't A rank it) and even less are going to know you pretty much need to grind for 3 hours to even make the task realistically doable.

I mean if this logic makes sense to you, in theory I could claim Demon Souls is extremely easy, because in theory you can always grind for more souls to make yourself more powerful and always summon help to aid you in battle. Honestly this can be said for a lot of games and really doesn't have a point, especially when you're a total *** and leave out the conditions to make it "extremely easy".

DarkBlood4014d ago

not sure where this "total ass" is coming from and yes i read everything you said

as for leaving out the conditions for why it can be easy well they can look it up online, im not exactly going to make a story about it in the comments section

Wasn't being rude about anything sir

Tres214014d ago

not 2 get in the middle of this @ admiralvic he did kind of mention that u may need a guide 4 certain trophies & since its an HD game sum ppl may actually remember that, course im 1 f those ppl who would do the 3 hr grind just cuz anyways.
but ur right he is an Ash about it....@ Darkblood im kiddin u didnt seem an ash about it at all

Nice! thats awesome glad its cheaper now

cero554014d ago

did they fix the framerate?

cero554014d ago

dam, why dont those lazy bums just patch the game seriously... zone is the best mecha game out but this hd collection doesn't do it justice.

Double_O_Revan4014d ago

Thats sad. I really was looking forward to this game when it was announced. Then I heard about the problems with the HD release, so I never bought it. How bad is the frame rate?

KillerPwned4014d ago

I got this for $15 at Best Buy in store they might still have it around.

kreate4014d ago (Edited 4014d ago )

Well why didnt u say so?! Darn!
I like best buy.

Edit: I looked it up right now and it saids $30 :(

KillerPwned4014d ago

It was on the clearance rack at that time I don't think it came up online. I would call your store or go there. Also picked up MOH2 for $10 others like Sleeping Dogs was $15 and more.

Zone of the Enders: HD Collection - Still the Best Way to Enjoy the Classic Series

More than a decade since release, Zone of the Enders: HD Collection remains your best opportunity to enjoy the games on modern consoles.

I loved 2nd Runner back in the day on the PS2.I tiried playing it again years later on the PS4 and I just couldn't get into it. I don't know what happened. The game just felt janky to me.

VersusDMC317d ago

I have the ps4 edition of 2nd runner(Mars) and it runs great. But i guess if you want to play the original you need the collection.

The war and taking down the fleet sections are highlights that i still remember to this day. Maybe Armoured Core VI will have some dope sections like that.

Knightofelemia317d ago

A series that needs a new entry

gamerz316d ago

Runs surprisingly well on the Steam Deck. Doesn't feel too old or constricted on the small screen.

sertz316d ago

Absolutely loved these games. Bought the first ZoE because of the MGS2 demo, and ended up loving the game that came with the demo! Haha but ZoE 2 has a special place in my heart. The mix of 3D and anime style cell shading at the time on Ps2 was NEXT LEVEL. I beat it in one sitting on a Sunday afternoon and will always remember that game. Hard as sh** but improved on the first in every way and had some very cool easter eggs.

Mulaka looks interesting. Never played a ZoE game and SS2 is prob my favorite of the SS games.

Lightning77972d ago

Chaos Bane and Zone Of The Enders for me. Personally, not a bad month.

Christopher971d ago

Chaosbane is a great get, IMHO. Definitely one of those "not a must-buy but definitely want to try" games. It's got the usual Warhammer game baseline of rerunning missions and whatnot, but a different style of diablo-esque than normal that was enjoyable.

franwex972d ago

I have owned Zone of the Enders collection. I encourage you to try it. It’s corny in a good way and not very long games.

Germaximus972d ago

Chaosbane is pretty cool if you're into games like Diablo

JayRyu972d ago (Edited 972d ago )

I own ZOE physical nice to have the digital to downloaded to launch when I want to play it. The same with Samurai Showdown.

Looking forward to trying out ChaosBane

Good month for GWG
