its an extremly easy plat for bothas well, you may need a guide for certain trophies that dont make it quite obvious on how to obtain them

Extremely Easy? That's pushing it...

Getting A rank on the second mission of the first game requires a lot of grinding / playing VERY precisely. Even then it's extremely easy to fail.

well i dont know what to say lol, its not demon/dark souls hard or anything the max you can grind is level 8 and all you need to do is spend about 3 hours ish on the first level repeating before going into that boss fight

the second game however becomes easier on second playthrough when you can keep your weapons that was a pain in the ass if you try to get perfect SS without the right weapon

i guess the main thing is you just gotta be patience with the game and those ending ranks trophy you just got to reload a save so to get the second one you just gotta die and retry alot to bring it down or save multiple times i forgot lol

The problem is that you're not using any logic. The average person isn't going to know the first boss directly affects the second mission (if more than 10% of the buildings are destroyed between the two fights, you can't A rank it) and even less are going to know you pretty much need to grind for 3 hours to even make the task realistically doable.

I mean if this logic makes sense to you, in theory I could claim Demon Souls is extremely easy, because in theory you can always grind for more souls to make yourself more powerful and always summon help to aid you in battle. Honestly this can be said for a lot of games and really doesn't have a point, especially when you're a total *** and leave out the conditions to make it "extremely easy".

not 2 get in the middle of this @ admiralvic he did kind of mention that u may need a guide 4 certain trophies & since its an HD game sum ppl may actually remember that, course im 1 f those ppl who would do the 3 hr grind just cuz anyways.

Thats sad. I really was looking forward to this game when it was announced. Then I heard about the problems with the HD release, so I never bought it. How bad is the frame rate?

It was on the clearance rack at that time I don't think it came up online. I would call your store or go there. Also picked up MOH2 for $10 others like Sleeping Dogs was $15 and more.

So question... What is Zone of the Enders exactly? I've never played it and honestly, explanations from actual gamers rather than reviewers tends to give a bigger picture instead of a "preview" feel.

It's a great mech game,used to be a Sony exclusive,but now it plays and runs better on Xbox.

It's based on fast paced mech combat. If you do decide to purchase this and play the 1st ZOE and then the 2nd ZOE, you will see immense improvement in gameplay. ZOE 2 improves a lot on the first one by being more fast paced and it really feels like you unleash the combat capabilities of your mech aka Orbital Frame, Jehuty.
But, you will have to forgive the first game for somewhat basic and semi-fast gameplay compared to ZOE The 2nd Runner because it came out very early in the PS2's life cycle, a year after it released, I believe. Other than that, I'd recommend it, especially for this price. The music is beautiful, the visuals are great because of the cell shading of the 2nd game. I've loved the series since the PS2 days and can't wait when they have more info on the 3rd game. Although, I would still recommend looking up various gameplay videos because this is one of those games you would have to actually play to really feel what it is.
Forgive me if I'm giving a really sh**ty explanation to what this game is, but it really is hard to explain this game because it's different from a lot of other mech games out there. If you have ever played Omega Boost on the PS1, that's probably the closest to what this game is like.

@Chip: No need for forgiveness. You just did what was asked, giving a general idea of the game plus highlighted the pluses of the title. Plus from your post I can see a certain degree of respect/passion for the title since you were willing to extend into details about both titles. Kudos to you. :)

@delboy: Why waste time? I don't own a Xbox as I've stated in other posts. I've also explained why I don't. But keep trolling on. For the future though, ignorance isn't bliss, just something to think about.

Zone of the Enders the 2nd Runner is the Best Mecha Game ever made! thats all you need to know really :) the first one is alright, its actually quite good BUT the improvements from the 1st to the 2nd in everything from graphics to gameplay is as big (if youve played them) as Devil may cry 2 to DMC3, THAT BIG, Its in a league of its own!
