I played through it for a few hours, and I personally don't think I could finish it. If Dead Island fans are happy with it, so be it; but it just doesn't have the same charm that the first one had (which in its own right, was pretty meh also).

After playing it for a few hours, I came to the conclusion that it's essentially a large DLC pack for the first game. It's fun, yes, but that doesn't mean it's perfect. It has a ton of flaws. Even this game's most hardcore fans should be able to see that.

I remember the trailer for the first game, so much false hope thinking it had a deep story and stuff. Now they make a sequel with little improvements/changes from the first one.
