The most recent Nintendo Direct had the feel of an E3 presentation and it looked like Nintendo was treating it like their E3.
Stan at GameSpew: There’s so many Mario sports games out there, but we’ve narrowed them down to the top 10. The Premier League standard of Mario sports games, if you will.
It seems it was long time ago. A bunch of friends spending hours on end playing RPG games, sitting around the table with the box of cold pizza. Excited about the story, listening to the Game Master, they were completely engaged in the worlds only visible to them and their imaginations.
The GM is the programmer, and in MMOs and co-ops, you can play with others. If you want to ONLY use your imagination for the visuals, read a book.
Scrawl: "Looks like we know how that new Compile Heart countdown is going to end. The latest issue of Famitsu has confirmed that Agarest Senki 2, known as Record of Agarest War 2 in the US, is Compile Heart’s newest title."
1) Hope they put it on disc this time.
2) Hope this is a positive for Neptune coming over as well.
Is this a half decent SRPG, porn aside, cause if it is, i might just decide to go and buy it for the 360.
Nintendo does need a big E3 for Wii U.
I hope the Wii U gets some exclusives soon. I do not think they appeal of the tablet controller will last for long.
Meh, I'm a gamer and the wiiu hold no appeal for me
I wasn't as excited for the new Zelda reveal as I'd thought I'd be. It just didn't look like anything I hadn't really seen (and played) before. I'll still buy it, but I don't expect the game to be as innovative or refreshing to me as the N64 games, or even Skyward Sword.
What got me excited was the release date for Shin Megami Tensei IV and Bravely Default announcment. The Mario & Luigi RPG also looked pretty cool.
I think they will focus on WiiU because the 3DS is doing fine.
Plus, WiiU has 2 Zeldas to talk about, 1 New 3D Mario, RETRO's Project, X (Monolith Sftwr), Bayonetta 2, and SMT X Fire Emblem, 3rd Parties, and they have to reveal their other secret "Nintendo+(Insert a Developer)" Projects.
This does not even touch 3rd Party Support (Which they have to show, encourage, and highlight).
And the Indies.
Plus, we all know that they are going to be stage presence politics and sales figures and explanations.
A lot for an Hour- and I would rather hear 3 minutes on each that just watch a montage (although montages are pretty useful).
