it's fallout 4
Johann Sebastian Bach was in Fallout 3
Gigue - Partita No. 3", "Prelude - Partita No. 3", "Grave - Sonata No. 2"

Commandar_Shepard4026d ago

The Creative Director confirmed that this is not Fallout-related. :(

Hopefully we'll see F4 soon but only on next gen consoles and PC.

MaxXAttaxX4026d ago

I'm glad it's not another Fallout. That game was boring, repetitive and ugly.

Loki864026d ago

I am 100% confident it is a Wolfenstein sequel, inside sources confirmed it for me.

Ogygian4026d ago

Wolfenstein would make a LOT of sense

Barbed wire: icon of the world wars, commonly seen around the types of environments you encounter in Wolfenstein

Moonbeam trio: active between 1934 and 1945 according to another article

Beethoven: Very, very famous German composer (obviously).

There shouldn't really be any doubt.

I mean there's also the fact that it's a record which is playing (clearly 40's) and that the barbed wire has a blue shade around it, which is may be linked with paranormal horror, an element central to past Wolfenstein games.

I think it's certainly time for a new Wolfenstein game and a new WW2 game!

I wonder who would develop it?

Eldyraen4026d ago

It would make sense--the question is what type of Wolfenstein as its not been the most consistent franchise (other than Nazi shooter with occult/sci-fi themes). I never finished the last one although I enjoyed the idea (city story hub that main story broke off of). It allowed for more linear missions on top of some interesting on the street action (Rage in a sense expanded the idea making for much larger outer "hub" but still had some more linear "dungeons" equivalent to most shooter levels).

I just hope they return to more RtCW next time in regarding story, enemies and such (the zombies were awesome--shields ftw). Multiplayer wouldn't hurt as Enemy Territory was a blast ;) But keep it simple--perks and killstreaks are not a necessity (I'm sure we will see a WaW eventually for that).

I'm curious what a next gen (or a reboot) Wolfenstein would entail.

Now is the Best Time to Get This Incredible RPG Bundle on Steam

If you are looking for an awesome RPG, look no further. Steam is offering a significant discount on its Fallout Franchise Bundle.

SimpleSlave5h ago

"You can get all Fallout games in a bundle at a significant 20% discount on Steam. Individually, all these games add up to $244.91. With the discount, you can get them all for $195.91. That is $49 less than the original price. Quite a significant discount for such a popular franchise."

😊 😂 🤣 😐 - But why?

Just wait for a sale and get most if not all of it for a fraction of that price.

20% off...lol

Tacoboto4h ago

The games were just on a real sale over the last week or two for the show promotion. Fallout 4 was $10, 3 was $5, NV was cheap as heck too.

So what the heck is this

Inverno4h ago

The original games have been given out for free by Amazon for GOG and Epic, 76 is free now on Amazon if you have prime, Epic has also given out new Vegas for free and 4 has gone down to pretty cheap prices. 194 bucks is a total ripoff when you can get these games individually for less. Don't forget cd keys might sell em for a dollar less at times too. Come on man, us cheapskates won't touch anything near or above 100 lolz

isarai4h ago

Bro that's a ridiculous ripoff are you kidding me? 🤣

Idc about skins and a couple weapons. Would've much preferred some added story or quests.

babadivad9h ago

New Powered Armour would have been nice.

FPS_D3TH7h ago

X0-2 power armor is new power armor.

FPS_D3TH8h ago

There’s one new quest as far as I know. Not sure how large, but involves the enclave.

shinoff21837h ago

O dope I must of overlooked that. Thanks.

Crows907h ago

Frankly happy if they didn't really change anything...this means New London can probably launch sooner

RaidenBlack7h ago

Yea ... can't wait for FO London

ChasterMies2h ago

Skins, in addition to being your largest organ, have been content in games for a long time. Ever heard of pre-order bonuses?

Profchaos9h ago

Seems odd in all honesty that the game has the option for high res and 60 fps when there's console mods for the xsx that run the game at 4k 60 are they updating the art assets that much.

Guess it's Bethesda no no shock might finally look like a PS4 gen game now instead of a PS3.5 like it did on PS4.

I love the game don't get me wrong it's my favourite in the franchise yet it never actually looked at good as many other games at the time did and it ran pretty badly with long load times it actually is the reason why I put a SSD in my PS4.

LostPotato6h ago

There games are never going to look like other modern games due to their engine.

Bethesda will keep using the creation engine so can't understand why people can't accept it.

Also 4K textures eat a lot of memory and it's not feasible to make every gamer use them.

SimpleSlave5h ago(Edited 5h ago)

Will I finally be able to play the game with the Explosion and Ammunition Lighting Reflection Mod at a cinematic 24fps? Nooice!

jznrpg2h ago(Edited 2h ago)

Changing the weapons system would have been nice. I hate the random combo system as you mostly get junk. I got 1 good weapon on my run. I definitely didn’t want to keep reloading saves to try and get a decent weapon
