Executive Director ensures that there is no magic dust to make great games.
Hanzala from eXputer: "With Ubisoft's practices becoming increasingly anti-consumer lately, the destruction of The Sands of Time Remake looks almost inevitable."
Hey Ubi, here's a gun, don't shoot yourself in the foot.
*Ubi takes gun, aims at foot, empties clip*
Top executives including games boss Sean Shoptaw have also been promoted…
Behind XDefiant's toxic work culture, crunch, delays, and a group of directors and managers internally referred to as 'The Boys Club'.
Man the industry just keeps on going with all this bs and to think this is ubisoft again remember what happened with that skull bones team same crap.

This game will be tossed out broken unplolished with a bloated budget trying to be cod but will fail sense ubi can get there shit in order. If i was me i would have gotten rid of this boys club asap there is alot looking for work out there.
Every industry has these issues
Some companies I’ve worked for were great and some were toxic as hell (UPS when I was a teenager was extremely toxic and I have heard it still is) It all starts at the top. They either hold people accountable , set standards and treat people with respect or the crap rolls downhill.
Heres one. No DRM for your games.
EDIT: @Zafri Ha, yeah your not funny.
@Malo Ubi can continue to make Assassins Creed but not annualized it like Cod. I can't say they're "killing" the series with annualization's because its not true, at least not now anyway. the hardcore and casual are still very much committed to Assassins Creed games.
The way I see it, DRM will make its way on to console some how some way. Next gen will bring allot, but also bring strict protocol to households.
I didn't know being part of next gen means devs tracking and watching the game that bought with my hard earned money.
Rant over: Anyway I'm sure Ubisoft will showcase some new Ip's at E3, can't wait.
DRM will be upgradable?
yeah like an assassin creed each year? verry original
Ubi is my favourite developer. I don't think a Tom Clancy title exists for consoles that I have't thoroughly enjoyed.
I have it in good faith that UBI will deliver all the way to the bank in the coming years.
