Though what does it matter when the next xbox s being annouced in may.

PS3 showing an other steller week. But as I say everytime i wish Last Gaurdian and versus game out not jsut cause you would see a huge boost in sales (imo) but cause those were two games I bought the ps3 expecting to get them at the start.

By the by I also know these are not accurate numbers but they show roughly how the market is.

Wii U get's a huge sales jump with 3D Mario, Mario Kart, Super Smash Brothers, Legend of Zelda....

That will sell them a million Wii U's right there.

If pandora tower sells and last story along with the new x2 game sales then yeah.
Helping guide team ninja and working with platinum games are pretty big. We also saw a lot of talent poured into retro studios as of late.

WOW no one is buying Need for Speed on the Wii U.

Thats just shameful after all the work that Criterion put into the game which resulted in the Wii U version being the definitive one.

Who heck would want a half year old port for $60 when the other version are available for $20 and with better multiplayer? A version that the devs announced they wouldn't be bring other DLC too on top of that before it even released.

It's a shame they're unlikely to bring future DLC to the Wii U, but it *did* launch with the Ultimate Speed Pack DLC included, which helps. And to be honest the only other DLC that I'd be interested in is the Terminal Velocity map pack (still sucks though).

I purchased need for speed wii u and am loving it! problem in uk is the big retailer Game is not stocking it???? i had to buy it online through eshop which I am sure is the problem for many here in the UK, not sure about Europe but based on the numbers on miiverse its selling well overall

Nowadays I just automatically order from Zavvi or Amazon - you get the game on time and invariably cheaper than RRP. Didn't know Game weren't stocking it but I've spotted it in other high street stores, the Miiverse community is nice and busy and I don't have any issues getting a race online... It's a shame if it hasn't sold well, it deserves success.

Less than a million in 2 weeks for something with the name Gears of War should be considered abysmal around here...

Especially considering the dwindling numbers in sales that almost every title experiences after launch.

Kind of disappointed at God of War sales too. We will see what happens.

Im glad to see Luigis Mansion, Bioshock, and Tomb Raider selling so well though!

With no backwards compatibility I'm sure the ps4 will also suffer at the hands of the ps3. Right now there is nothing for me to get excited about on the ps4 launch window.

Even I would buy a ps3 before a ps4. Especially with all the 30fps capping you sorta have to ask what is the point this shouldn't be an issue.

Good to see the WiiU numbers coming up. I hope Lego City hits 1 million as it as a very fun game and ide love to see a 2nd one.

PSV slipped a bit this week but it is plodding along nicely and im sure Sony will have some big names to throw at it come E3.

Glad Halo 4 is at 8 million showing it is still a big name for Microsoft and I am shocked BO2 is at 11 million on the 360 but I do have this for the WiiU and I was suppressed at how much fun the MP is but Halo is still the winner for me on this.

Also good to See Gars and God of war selling well as well as BioShock and Luigi's Mansion.

Looking at what I have put above it looks like everyone has had a good week.

I'm not gonna look at the charts myself because, frankly, I dont care, but I will congratulate the leaders on a job well done.

Yeah im not a big Halo fan but i know many that love it to death and we all know its mp is one of the best around so good to see it holding up well and im interested to see what next gen has in store for it.

Gow and Gears both deserve steady sales and numbers and will ultimately sell millions.

3ds as much as i criticize the Wiiu i must say 3ds has a huge variety of good games and is good to see it doing well (actually always the chart topper)

My ps3 is doing great and selling wonderfully even after ps4 was announced that speaks volumes and Sony analysts did good by announcing it early and figuring it wouldnt hurt ps3 sales. Expect ps3 to still sell well even when Ps4 is released. Sony will make sure They have exclusive ps3 games to entice new buyers and keep old ones.

Vita isnt doing great but its doing better than it initially was which is good to see.

360 also has decent numbers thnx to N.A.

Good numbers for 3DS and PS3. It's pretty neat to see the PS3 actually making gains with the PS4 looming. Sony repeatedly shows it's ability to give a system legs.

Good to see 3DS units still moving. Nintendo is simply not playing around with the 3DS. The first party software coming out this summer and fall is diverse and plentiful, and third parties are returning, too. Bit by bit, we're seeing DS franchises make their return. I'm very content with Nintendo's effort in the handheld front.

Nice little increase for the Wii U. It'll be interesting to see how the system sells once the big boys show up. We'll know then if its lower sales were simply due to lack of quality software or something deeper than that.
