All Stars? Heck, I'd be happy if they added them to the Vita's PSN.

Think it's a bit of a lost cause now to be honest. All we can hope for is they put them in the sequel (if there is one, I hope there is)

PlayStation All-Stars still has a thriving community. If you look at the forum page that this campaign is set up on, there are over 200 forum pages.

It's worth trying and will only take a minute (not even that) out of your day to tweet them.

I know it has a thriving community, I'm one of them. I have a purple belt in the current tournaments. I just don't think this is going to happen

Once again, I must state that "it's worth trying." We've seen crazier things happen such as the much requested Kingdom Hearts Final Mix finally hitting the West later this year and Xenoblade Chronicles coming after Operation Rainfall being a success.

Yes but Activision wasn't involved with those games. Crash and Spyro need to come back to Playstation where they belong but we all know Activision won't be letting them go without a huge chunk of cash or.....a huge chunk of cash.

Wagz224028d ago

These two should have been in the game from the start. That's why I haven't bought it yet and I don't have much hope they will ever be dlc.

Gravity_DoGG4028d ago

would really love Tomba too..

profgerbik4028d ago (Edited 4028d ago )

Finally someone else who remembers how awesome Tomba was.

Meh, All-stars is dead in the water at this point, and I doubt we'll ever see a sequel.

Real shame. This game could have been so much more.

PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale Launched 10 Years Too Early

Though PlayStation All Stars Battle Royale is a bit of a cult classic, it could have been a big hit if it launched in 2022 instead of 2012.

It wouldn't have mattered, Sony would've rushed it out and left it to die. More so now than before with their focus now being on SP narrative driven AAA games.

CrimsonWing69514d ago

Oh, but somehow Smash Bros. 64 made it work?

It just couldn’t compete with Smash Bros. and it wasn’t a free-to-play game like Multiversus.

PapaBop514d ago

I think it released at the right time. It's just after the success of Smash and Multiversus, it's finally time for a sequel.

spoonard514d ago

I'd be all in on a remake or remaster of the original. I enjoyed it because I didn't sit there and compare every aspect to SSB. I just enjoyed it as it was.

Magatsuhi514d ago

Sony should make part 2 and dump a good amount of money on it. Scrap super only kills and it's bound to succeed.

Father__Merrin514d ago

Yes the power kills spoilt it completely WTH was they thinking you should have hp bar that's it

God of War: Ragnarok Weirdly Makes PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale Canon

God of War: Ragnarok has plenty of fun references to PlayStation history, but now fans have discovered a conversation that calls back to PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale — the crossover fighting game released for the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita.

Nyxus521d ago

I wouldn't say canon. More like an easter egg.

Deathdeliverer520d ago

That’s interesting. It actually does make it canon lol. He mentioned it in a mainline game. I’d say that’s pretty cool.
