Should have been available from the start. Gearbox effed up so hard with BL2 post launch content.

You mean the outsourced company they hired to do DLC , cause gearbox had little to do with it besides the upcoming one 4th :P

its their game so they are still responsible for everthing that comes with it. They chose the outsource company, they chose not to put pearlescent items in the game at launch, they chose to make the game hard to add a level cap increase to (in their words).

From now on i might just wait for GOTY editions of gearbox games, they arent making a strong case for me to buy their games at launch after this.

esp because borderlands is the only great game they have ever made, seems idiotic to let anyone else touch your pride and joy. thats a quick way to lose fans and profits and go under

Not really? Pearlscent are the perfect complement to a lvl cap increase. Plus they were originally a dlc weapons in BL1 as well. I see no reason the add them to post lunch version of game.

Now if only they balanced Maya out a bit for phaselocked immune enemies don't just out right cancel and make 7+ of her skills meaningless.

In all honesty it was the laziest work ever they just took guns normal guns and changed the effect. It would have been cool to she some bonkers looking guns... Or atleast bring back the alien guns:(....pity

gearbox needs to stop outsourcing. its still their fault or even more their fault if they hire someone to do their work for them and they screw up.

I'm not even sure I care anymore. Adding 3-4 times the HP for all the enemies just makes playing the game solo a big drag. Way to kill the fun for the solo player.
