Tokyo Train Station Is Covered in Final Fantasy. And It's Awesome.

Kotaku - Shinjuku Station is all about Final Fantasy V. Spotted on the Keio Line's platform, huge V-shaped pillars were draped in FF art.

I know it's about 5, but FF6 is still my fav FF game, I can't wait for them to remake this on 3DS/Vita/PS4.

FF has been going downhill but it does look damn kool the way the station turn out !!

Love the fact that Japanese culture is more than ok with video games

FF 7 and 10 are my personal favs

I hope they remake V for the 3DS or something down the line- that'd be the best. V is criminally overlooked and underrated.

It's just a sad reality that SE's priorities are pretty much the same as a mentally unstable rabbit. Instead of advertising an iOS port of a SNES game, they should be getting on Versus XIII and trying everything they can to renew the faith of their fanbase. But no, they throw all their effort behind their lack of effort. Paradoxical no?

And the simple answer to you is; money.
If SE had enough money in the first place, then we would be playing versus XIII long time ago.
Btw currently playing FF3 on a smartphone, skipped all FF games on current consoles, cause they are crap.

DragonKnight4034d ago

That answer is correct but not for the reason you think. SE is going for easy money, but it won't compare to what they could get if they, say, used their license to print it with an FFVII remake or at the very least finally getting around to Versus XIII.

Of all the FF games ever released, FFV is one of the least popular. No one ever talks about it, no one ever asked for it, and it's not going to do well as an iOS game any more than it did as a PS1 remake or SNES game.

If SE have money trouble it's because of FFXIV and their obstinate attitude towards actually listening to their fans.
