With PS Plus I find myself playing more games than i normally would have not even tried and that's great because some of my favorites are games that i never even thought of buying but know I have played and completed them, thanks to PS+, such an awesome service.

Most my friends on Xbox are pretty casual. So this was no surprise. There are still the hardcore of the core, who get achkevements like Seriously 3.0 or complete FFXI.

LBP2 is the most hardcore Ive ever gone in a game. I was designing stuff in Autocad then building it in the game.

Yeah, I even did a 1:1 re-make of boulder dash, tho nobody played (wish I could say "lol" :) ). Took me countless hours, basically you have to parallelize a simple game algorithm to work in an object oriented model, in a way that things don't go haywire.

I can go on any PC game I own and there is guaranteed to have people active and playing even if it is years old.

Were as playstation the community for starhawk one of my favourite PS online games is completely dead.

Unreal Tournament 3 has full PC mod support. Create on PC with the UE3 tools, cook for PS3, put the .jam on something the PS3 can read and import into the PS3 version of the game. It woks great, so long as you don't go crazy with uber high quality assets. Though you can use higher quality stuff than in the vanilla game, to the point that PhysX enabled levels worked....when the devs themselves said they wouldn't be able to.

I can still find a game in Killzone 2, Resistance 2, Uncharted 2 and those been out for years. BFBC2 is another. While they may have not been out as long as games on PC, that doesn't mean the communities don't stick together. Even in Burnout Paradise I can find other to play with.

And those games don't have mods. Also Starhawk was nothing like Warhawk, so why would the community move over to that game when Warhawk servers are still up?

in my opinion, the reason so much playtime was spent on RCR was because it was on Vita in addition to the PS3.... Putting a game on a handheld in addition to a console makes it so much more accessible at all times.. hopefully other developers will take note of this and we'll get more games on the Vita and more cross buy games..

Devs hav3 already tak3n notice, but unfortunately I dont think they will ever make EXCLUSIVE games for vita when there are so many other platforms out there to put games on. Sony and some select 3rd parties will be the only ones to make vita exclusives.

To really make an accurate assessment of who are the most dedicated gamers you would have to compare the most played titles on all platforms. And the obvious truth of my statement proves IGN is just preaching to the choir and blowing smoke up people's asses.

With that said the Vita / PS3 version is the best version for obvious reasons.

You sure about that? PC which is consisted mostly on First Person Shooters & MMOs? Oh please, it happens to me this are the two genres I dislike.

There's little to no existent community for fighting games on PC compared to consoles, & the fighting game tournaments are played on consoles, not PC partner.

But I'm not narrow minded because I play other different genres, & play some Neo-Geo emulators on my PC, that's it.

Ya'll only better at mods & World of Warcraft. Console & PC gamers aren't too different from each other, so f%&k outta here.
