Wow almost 3.5 million people. I remember seeing it when there were only 315.

OliverKO4037d ago

I was there on about 2000 views - it's exploded!

M-M4037d ago

That video has over 100,000 likes, it's insane.

Neixus4036d ago

The video is flagged now, i believe, so won't get as many views as it could got.

BlmThug4037d ago

I believe it's because CoD is the same rehashed sh** so people already know what they're getting without even having to see or read anything about it

babis19744037d ago

i think that the war between Battlefied and COD has ended.

Thatguy-3104037d ago

It's a lot easier to look at a game trailer on YouTube than to buy it. Views don't mean anything. Just shows the attention is getting.

TheGrimOfDeath4037d ago (Edited 4037d ago )

And what does the attention do for the game? Make people buy the game because it looks awesome.

Thatguy-3104037d ago

Yea I agree but what I'm saying is that people are making it seem like COD reigns as the sales juggernaut is at stake because of this game. This Gen belongs to COD whether people like it or not.

DigitalSmoke4037d ago

A lot of COD players are ready for a bigger more complex experience.
I myself have been playing Battlefield since the BF1942 version, and that game went beyond Halo/COD/MOH already in terms of different layers of combat. (air/tanks/jeeps/infantry, thats 12 years ago.

Now players are comming out of "kinder garden" ;) and are ready for something more complex.

I joke around a bit, but the gist of things is true.

Rivz4036d ago

To be honest Battlefield and COD are not that complex..if you want complexity why not try Armed Assualt 3 (ArmA 3 even arma 2 is better than those other two even with bugs in-game)Way better game and the developers "listen to their community unlike EA ...see what I did there? I said "EA" and not 'DICE' since DICE are now under the spell of EA..All I can say is if a company is not willing to give more than just the game itself and not provide any modding capabilites, then the game is already dead to me. Also that video looks too much CGI for my liking.. if there is proof that it is running on some supercomputer than so be it..but I see it as another brainwashing scheme which is working with the obvious pre-orders with some people. But I cannot say what you can't like or like but I plead to some with a brain in their skull.. do not go rushing.... think about it first.....

DigitalSmoke4036d ago

Played the entire Arma series including the first Flashpoint, that was absolutely amazing.
But even at this point the Flashpoint/Arma series still move very bad.
All the textures cool art design and effects can't stop the robotic animations and movement cam standing out, to clunky for this age, and the bugs should have bin a thing fo the past as well.

I can see ppl liking it just as much like i did when i found the series, at this point i just can't stand the clunkyness anymore m8.

Rivz4036d ago (Edited 4036d ago )

That is why I said "even with bugs in-game". I appreciate the efforts that Bohemia Interactive try to achieve.. and if you have played the development build in the ARMA 3 Alpha you will see that they have done alot..especially in the fluency of the gameplay... but..in saying that there is alot of things like firing stances ... the weapons sounds sound more authentic than BF3...note that the weapons in-game are actual prototypes in todays armed forces...all I can say is the price for arma 3 with all the extra trimmings is a win win for me..I've only been into PC gaming since 2010.. I can see which companies are good or bad.. only games that are worth it are games that provide server files and mod tools..three of the best games in my eyes with all mentioned are ARMA, Garry's Mod and Minecraft... all have modding capabilities and server files... heck... even MWarfare 3 has server files... why not BF3?? oh wait cause DICE stated we are to dumb to use the engine.......

Morons that allow themselves to be milked continuously by this company is the definition of irony.
Spend more $$ and you'll end up In easier lobbies so you win both ways when ya spend that cash

Controversy in the COD community feels like it happens within an alternate timeline. Activision will take the piss with something, there will be a momentary fuss about it, and then they will forget about it and carry on anyway. Repeat this cycle literally every year for the rest of time.

They call that a crack head! Thats what this is really about, its an addiction. People who dont smoke cigarettes look and laugh at the addicts that spend $8-$10 a pack, but they cant help themselves, they are addicted. That same analogy applies perfectly to the whole MT industry. Only an addict that was not thinking clearly would spend this kind of money on something so frivolous. A round of multiplayer provides the same high a person gets from scratching a lotto ticket, or putting money on a sports bet. MT in general need to really be regulated because you have a generation of kids becoming adults who grew up only knowing the MT era of gaming. Its normal to them and they will in turn teach their kids the same by just being a gaming parent and getting their kids involved with them in gaming. Thats why no matter how ridiculous the headlines keep getting out of the MT industry, it never seems to fade or go away.

I'm so tired of hearing about what they're doing with this game, its never going to change and it's never going to value the consumer over money, furthermore the people who engage so heavily in the microtransactions I guess allegedly are having a blast and can't wait to do it some more this year when the new version of the game drops.
