I'm sick of these shitty copy-and-paste Examiner articles. It's a talentless cesspool of a site and, in my opinion, is worse than even Kotaku's off-brand "gaming" articles.

This information has also already been posted in other articles here, but God forbid a mod ever stop duplicates from plaguing the front page.

I take it you're a fan of PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale.

Just kidding, I get your point. The problem is the community who approves these duplicate stories, not really the mods.

maniacmayhem4040d ago

Exactly, these copy and pasted articles makes it appear that the issue is more sensationalized than it actually is.

Sarobi4040d ago

No price drop on the Xbox or PC versions?....bummer.. /sarcasm

Good_Guy_Jamal4040d ago

Forgot all about the VITA version already huh?

Krimmson4040d ago

And yet the Vita version is still $40? Jeez.

Thirty3Three4040d ago

Actually, the Vita's is 30 too :P

If you buy the PS3 copy, you get the Vita free haha!

Blastoise4040d ago (Edited 4040d ago )

Good game, better with the recent patch too I'd say

Rockefellow4040d ago

Yeah, Isaac and Zeus are pretty great additions too (even if you're not fans, they're fun to play as).

I just wish the patch didn't add more glitches than it fixed.

Fullmetalevolust4040d ago

I bought my copy of the game! Time for some good old family and friends rumble!

It wouldn't have mattered, Sony would've rushed it out and left it to die. More so now than before with their focus now being on SP narrative driven AAA games.

CrimsonWing69511d ago

Oh, but somehow Smash Bros. 64 made it work?

It just couldn’t compete with Smash Bros. and it wasn’t a free-to-play game like Multiversus.

PapaBop511d ago

I think it released at the right time. It's just after the success of Smash and Multiversus, it's finally time for a sequel.

spoonard511d ago

I'd be all in on a remake or remaster of the original. I enjoyed it because I didn't sit there and compare every aspect to SSB. I just enjoyed it as it was.

Magatsuhi511d ago

Sony should make part 2 and dump a good amount of money on it. Scrap super only kills and it's bound to succeed.

Father__Merrin511d ago

Yes the power kills spoilt it completely WTH was they thinking you should have hp bar that's it

God of War: Ragnarok Weirdly Makes PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale Canon

God of War: Ragnarok has plenty of fun references to PlayStation history, but now fans have discovered a conversation that calls back to PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale — the crossover fighting game released for the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita.

Nyxus519d ago

I wouldn't say canon. More like an easter egg.

Deathdeliverer518d ago

That’s interesting. It actually does make it canon lol. He mentioned it in a mainline game. I’d say that’s pretty cool.
