Here are 10 games that prove how rewarding sticking to a console a bit beyond its best-before date can be.
Nintendo has used March 10 (aka MAR10 Day) to make a number of Mario related announcements, including an update on Super Mario Bros Movie 2.
Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door and Luigi's Mansion 2 HD for Nintendo Switch have been dated for release during Mar10 day celebrations.
Although Paper Mario has taken more of the spotlight over the years, a reappearance of Super Mario RPG is likely to bring more to the table.
I never played Super Mario RPG so this will be a treat for me. The remake looks amazing!
Paper mario is terrible now lol. Really only the first and thousand year door were great. They should've stayed as rpgs. Man I can't wait for this remake and hope it does well enough for Nintendo to finally make a new mario rpg.
I enjoyed the newest Paper Mario but it's definitely not any kind of RPG anymore. Looking forward this!

Don't forget Persona 3 and 4 for ps2. And mgs 3 subsistence.
To me, it was KHII. It was the second game I ever bought with my own money (1st being Pokémon Emerald). I probably finished the game 5 times in less than a month, and I did another playthrough (on Proud mode) last summer. Was one of the best purchases I've ever made in my life so far.
This and Persona 3 were probably the only major PS2 games that released the same year as the PS3 did.
Panzer Dragoon Saga. I will never forget this full page ad Sega put out when the game was released. It featured a cut out paper mask of Edge (the game's hero)and mocked the fact that only 6000 copies were being produced. The mask was for people to wear and pretend they were in the game since it was so hard to get a copy.
I guess that's why I like pc, it's been dying the last 20 years .
