Flop of the year 2012 i think or Aliens.
Licensed material tends to have a bad reputation already, and deservedly so in most instances. We actually get a great licensed game with Telltale's Walking Dead game that bucks that negative trend, and via a lower budget design with a focus on great storytelling that won several GOTY awards, but Activision can't help themselves to try to cash in on The Walking Dead with a pile of garbage.

I don't think the terrible reviews are surprising anybody who saw the preview of this game a couple of months ago. Despite the developers assertions, it hasn't improved much since that preview... Just watch the Youtube vids, it's like an alpha build, Activision should be ashamed of themselves.
