Shame they didnt upgrade the graphics for the Wii U version this looks like a PS2 game

Nah, the Wii version graphics were still miles above the PS2, though I agree they still should have upgraded them.

It Just looks like a simpler Anime' style to me.

-The Visuals are much like Dragon Ball (cause it is the same artist.)

If you compare both versions it just looks cleaner. That's all. They didn't take advantage of the additional processing power for more stuff on screen. Which is a shame. They claimed they would upgrade the visuals. But I guess it's just some textures and a resolution bump.

Dragon Warrior, excuse me, Dragon Quest has never been about how many objects you can see on screen, and it has never, ever, been about graphics, matter of fact, the best games in the series are from the NES era. Honestly, I would love to see Ni No Kuni type of graphics with Dragon Warrior type of Story and turn based gameplay.

Nonetheless, I highly doubt this game is gonna be able to live up to its predecessors quality, but there's always that chance that the game could be good.

BTW, Ni No Kuni is the first game I've played in almost a decade that is as much quality as a NES Dragon Warrior Game. Level 5 Came out with Dragon Quest 8, and it wasn't as good as the past versions, oh well, here's hoping this game surprises me and is better than I thought it was gonna be, just like Ni No surprised me. Amazing game I tell ya. If Level 5 can fix past mistakes, than maybe there is still hope for Squeenix?

Wow, next gen game with graphics like two generations before. LOL 2013 game on leatest hardware looking the same as game on hardware from 2000. 13 years of differance and the same graphics - only on Nintendo consoles.
