After being asked whether the new “Borderlands 2” DLC which would raise the current level-cap in the game would be coming out by the end of March, Randy Pitchford today responded that time will tell as there’s a lot to the process but didn’t outright say no. Instead he simply responded, “We’ll see. It’s turned out to be a huge amount of work.”
So while the President of Gearbox Software didn’t say yes, but he also definitely didn’t say no. In the past, when asked questions like this, Pitchford would usually state that they aren’t ready to make such announcements. So his vague answer might mean that the DLC is closer than what was originally expected.
While gamers usually take notice of the mainline missions, these 5 side quests deserve more widespread attention for how entertaining they are.
GF365: "Whether it be style, speed or firepower, these rides are sure to satisfy. Here are our picks for the ten best vehicles in video games."
The Suzuki Escudo Pikes Peak from the Gran Turismo series
Nissan Skyline from Need for Speed Underground
Motorcycle Steamroller from Dead Rising 3
And finally a car you never drive but saves your ass over and over : Honey Badger from COD MW2
I was thinking of Mad Max. That V8 felt really good to drive around in, especially with upgrades.

We should believe evrerything randy says all the time
I wonder if this is actually because they've gotten things done ahead of time or if this is just a knee-jerk "release something good so they forget!!" reaction to the Aliens shitstorm. Oh well, I'm happy so long as the DLC is of good quality regardless of the whole Aliens thing; however, my trust in them did take a pretty big hit due to Aliens.
We know this next DLC will be awesome. They made it with Aliens' money :)
On a serious note, the dlc thus far has been pointless without a level cap. I have the season pass and won't bother with any of it until the cap.
This isn't sooner than expected. People wanted it with an early DLC pack. Pretty sure he said late March/early April timeline for a cap increase back in January.
I'm going to go with no. Because he sure didn't sound like they are even working on it. As it stats that would be a lot of work. So by not saying no, it doesn't kill could be sells numbers of the DLC before it's even out.
