Actually, The Xbox had 50% more, not double. Double would be quite significant.

this is for the usa Actually ps3 has sold 1,000,000 and a half more consoles than 360 xbox worldwide and that is not counting all the red ring xboxs 360 im on my third xbox 360 my first 1 xbox 360 red ringed me my 2 the disk drive broke i barely played it xbox 360 quality is a nightmare im still on my first ps3 about 77 million PS3 consoles worldwide, versus 76 million Xbox 360 consoles sold by Microsoft. The PS3 has pulled ahead despite being on the market for a shorter time

Dear gamer, I noticed how much your concerns are in the gaming community and their numbers. I will try to clarify it for you.

WIIU its a console and vita its a handheld. To describe a failure its to give up and not continue to try.

Its become a concern to noticed that comparing aples to aples the Vita its been destroyed by the 3DS, but not a failure just yet cause they are still fighting.

The WIIU has no next gen to compare the numbers to, but indications has solidify that the WIIU its not a wanted product by the main gaming comunitty and therefore, a continues declined on a month to month basis. WIIU its not a failure as of yet and probably never will be, unless they give up trying.

However, it is by wisdom that tells me that both Vita and WIIU has been poorly received world wide, but we never know what the weather might bring us and as of now they are both in line for the title of the less desirable gaming device on the market worldwide. let us hope that the weather changes your way and bring us that eternal of heavenly feeling of security, be advised that the rates to that are non-existant.

I hope that you can see my view with the upmost respect.

We wont know if a console is selling well until it's in it's 2 to 3 year life cycle. That's when a lot of games are already in, PS Vita and Wii U just came out. Unless they drop the price right now like the 3DS did

Maybe because:

- Wii is much cheaper (This economy isn't exactly healthy)
- Has a wider variety of games.
- Is more well known.

Wii U will pick up eventually, just give it a little time. The console is only three months into it's lifetime, and doesn't have much games going for it. But by the end of this year, things SHOULD start to pick up, as it would have accquired a healthy amount of good games.

All the people trash talking the Wii U need to remember how badly the PS2 outsold the PS3, for a long time.

I wouldn't be surprised if the current Xbox and PlayStation outsell the next Xbox and PlayStation for at least a year+
I think if people are expecting huge, HUGE sales on next gen consoles right away they will be kind of disappointed.

i seriously doubt that people who purschased the wii don't typically buy game consoles those casual gamers have moved to smart phones and tables the games are 99cent and don't need to buy a game consoles microscam is faling in to a similar trap with the next xbox trying to attract casual gamers
