LoL big mistake. The most vocal are usually not the ones you don't want to hear from. I heard this from developers before about being careful what you hear from the community.

Hopefully they only selected bits that where good.

Yeah, of all the changes I've heard they've made, none of them are for the better in my opinion.

Forgive me if this information is outdated but I have read that they...
1. Removed DBNO (down but not out) from multiplayer
2. Removal of DBNO also removes the ability to execute a downed opponent
3. Removed the Locust faction from standard PvP matchmaking modes (now just COG vs COG)
4. Disabled the ability to carry both a shotgun and a rifle, you must choose one or the other
5. Altered the controls to some extent... I thought they were perfect in 3 so I have no idea what they could have felt the need to change there but I guess we'll see

Hardly seems to me like a Gears game after all these changes. I haven't read up on Judgement much in the past couple months so maybe some of these changes have been readjusted. Still, I'm not looking forward to this game, and as someone that's played and enjoyed the series since the first installment, I'm a bit somber to have to admit that. The only optimism I have here is maybe it won't be that bad and I'll try it out eventually either when the price goes down substantially or if a friend lets me borrow their copy.

I totally agree some fans can just ask for way too much & it ends up pissing off other fans who enjoyed the game it was. I seen alot of complaints including myself for uncharted 2 online when the game was perfect as it was but naughty dog tweeked it a bit because campers were bitc*ing about rushers who kept killing them & it ticked alot of gamers off. I think devs should just go with what they made & just tweek minor things like glitches that way its fair all around.

Totally agree i loved uncharted 2 multi player. But after all the changes i really didn't like it as much. Uncharted 3 felt like it was going down COD zone. such a shame.

6 Fun Games Where You Actually Play As The Bad Guy

While the mainstream media always sees things turning in favor of the hero, here are 6 games that own being a bad guy.

Profchaos1h ago

Pretty much all of these games listed are based around a morality system you don't have to be bad and you don't have to be good.

It seems to have left out some real amazing games like red dead redemption 1/2,ass effect and true crime la/ny

Armored Core VI?

Ok, I'm really missing something here. Just beat chapter 3 earlier this evening, unlocked A-rank Arena fights. I'm not seeing or sensing any branching paths or morality system and I've done every side mission and arena fight available to me up to that fight.

Is something big coming soon to branch the story?

No mention of Grand Theft Auto? Saints Row (original trilogy), Manhunt? Also The Suffering (depending on the ending you get).

I never got around to mass effect - I’m skeptical that it would hold up if I were to try it now

Furesis17h ago

I would say it does. The combat is a bit shit for todays standards but everything else is great.

Still have my ps3 copies. Bought it at launch and another one when I found it cheap and in perfect condition about 10 years ago. I wouldn’t buy it on Switch but if they made a PS5 version I would. I still have one of my PS3 Fats hooked up so good to go either way.

Id play it again on the switch. I wished my 360 version was bc but this is still a good way to play.
