Sony ‘waiting for right time’ to reintroduce The Last Guardian

I think people have been waiting for this particular title for so long now that if it were to be announced at E3 running on the PS4, press would lose their sh*t and forget to cover everything else. As crazy as that sounds, E3 would be the perfect time for Sony to revive the game and show everyone why they need a PS4.

Not that they need much more reason after seeing the specs and what's already announced, heh.

Anytime is the right time. But a game like this is a counterstrike. All by itself, it can take tje spotlight away from almost every thing else. Imagine if xbox announces at E3. What does Sony do? They show their new console running this game...while also running on the vita. Then they hype the last of us which will release shortly after while showing off beyond, battlefield, and more about everything we know. They emohasize their comittment to video games.

It is amazing to me how everyone says its all about the games, and i agree as it should be, but then they talk about the other aspects of the ps4 as being the only exciting thing. I like the share button, love the new controller and gaikai, but only in how they integrate with new amazing games. Thats why i am so excited for the ps4 because they have shown that their focus and money is on games. And nothing will reflect this more than the last guardian at E3 or Tgs.

Kinda irrelevant but what would make activision throw their hat in with siny concerning a bungie franchise with exclusive content. They tend to side with the more successful console, choosing to make many deals with microsoft this gen. Is it a sign or just aone time thing.

Personally, I'm a Playstation guy. I've been loyal to Sony since PS1, and I love almost every exclusive from Killzone to LittleBigPlanet. I am looking forward to Last Guardian, but come on, let's be real, it's not coming out for a little while. Look at Gran Turismo 5. I'm not saying it'll be good/bad (actually, I'm predicting it to be AAA because ICO and Shadow of Colossus were both AAA), but why can't a guy joke around? A simple joke makes me an "xbox only guy". Sucks to be you, probably a PS elitist. Your the type of person that makes us PS users look bad.

Ah Ha. I knew it.PS4 game for sure.They are probably going to upgrade the whole thing to the new system and reintroduce it to us.Last Guardian already looked good as a PS3 game.Just imagine the kind of environments and the kind of A.I. they can give the creature with the power of the PS4. We could be talking full open world puzzles and roaming giant worlds bigger then SOTC. And a fully detailed creature with each individual hair flowing in the breeze.They probably are working on it right now to show at E3 which is why they are being so vague.

It will hopefully be a PS4 launch title,can't be a PS3 title anymore especially when it's been having technical issues,hopefully the same with VS.

Fumito Ueda, what is wrong with you man? you release the masterpiece that is "shadow of the colossus" in 2005 and then decide to skip an entire console generation.

and, on another note, square enix also ducked out on KH3, the FF7 remake, and FF versus. basically they contributed nothing of substance to this generation either.

the PS3 was robbed of so many great fantasy games and followups to the PS2 classics.
