"Authentic" Brothers in Arms game on the way, may not be published by Ubisoft

A new, “authentic” Brothers in Arms game is in the early stages of development, Gearbox Software president Randy Pitchford has announced.

“We haven’t announced that yet, but I’m really excited about where that’s going. We’ll announce these things in due course. There’s a lot of neat things we have going on,” Pitchford told IGN.

I know that guys face, hes the guy that promised an epic Aliens game and look how that turned out.

I hope people have learned their lesson from Gearbox software now, and all the junk that they put out.

Plus, just because they've announced a new Brothers in Arms game does not mean they're making it. They're probably outsourcing development to an even crappier developer on the cheap and putting their name on the box to deceive customers, like they have done with a whole lot of their past products.

Screw Gearbox. They're lying, cheating scumbags and I hope that their company goes bust after how much they've conned their customers. Randy Pitchford is a liar.

hahahahahaha, oh Randy P, I enjoy the Borderlands series, but have found your other games lacking. Halo was a stuutering mess of a PC port. You acquired Duke for the IP, I get it but DNF didn't need to be released in such a state, gamers spent millions of dollars on that garbage. Now the same day that your studio is involved with the latest destruction of the Alien franchise your announce a new Brothr at Arms game? IS this a new attempt to divert from disaster you were invovled in that launched just this morning. I do not trust Gearbox other than with Borderlands, they now have a history of associating themselves with franchise names to earn cash grabs (Duke Nukem and Aliens).

They have actually been working on Brothers in Arms Battle of the Bulge for years. Long before they announced that retarded attempt to rip off a second rate film - Inglorious Bastards.

If they can't figure out what they did right in RTH30 then they are in trouble.

Yeah Okay Randy....

I'm sure if it is in development, they'll just get some other team to make it for them.

Hey Ubi, here's a gun, don't shoot yourself in the foot.

Every industry has these issues

Some companies I’ve worked for were great and some were toxic as hell (UPS when I was a teenager was extremely toxic and I have heard it still is) It all starts at the top. They either hold people accountable , set standards and treat people with respect or the crap rolls downhill.
