I'd put Street Fighter 2 over 3. 2 and all its different versions dominated the arcade scene back in the day in a way that 3 never did.
Agreed, Same with Metal Gear Solid imo. Came for Bioshock and was not disappointed. Would easily put Burger Time or Space Taxi over tempest. Also, OG Sim City and Oregon Trail. Mario 64 as well. Just too many!
Me too. I didn't have a GC until way later and never played it. I've been waiting on Nintendo to release the HD edition on the Switch for forever, but they just won't!
I never bought a Gamecube, I've always had an urge to play this game, maybe it'll get a remaster in the future.
I played it on WiiU for the first time and it remains my fave Zelda game to date. So much character and a real sense of exploration without the open world bloat.

Here's my reasoning for all of them versus the list proposed in the article.
They are still quite enjoyable from start to finish on their original platform, unlike some Wind Waker or Okami that are fun when you play the remastered version (unless you call: forced to watch a 20-minute cutscene or have to blow for wind chance constantly fun).
Some of them are the pinnacle of what the console could do (MGS, Chrono, MGS)
Lots of them are still considered the go-to-go game for their genre.
Major 2023 game anniversaries include The World Ends With You, Mario Kart Wii, and The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker, among many others
20 years later, The Wind Waker’s Ganondorf is still The Legend of Zelda’s best villain.
Sounds about right, even if the HD remaster is more expensive than the price of the original game for GameCube.
But I really don't care as long as the remake is done well.

firstly i doubt amazon actually knows the price its just a guess based on Wii u game prices at the moment and it could very likely be cheaper and I'm fed up with hearing Wii u has a drought of games, guess what every New system does this is not a wii u problem but a new console problem in general. if people expect a system to be realeased and have 100s of games in the first year your delirious, name 1 console that has had 50 plus games in 4 months, oh wait nonę, your lucky to get 30, the first four months are there to sell launch games and get systems out then games get released here and there for a bit, it not until second wave of games get released (roughly 8months to a year) you start to see a lot games, however e3 is coming up and it has games scheduled for almost evey month until then, then the big hitters are going to be announced anad released by years end. Nintendo has to keep things secret because there compatition has still to announce there platformds so ninty needs counter measures.
Could be a placeholder? Gamestop wouldn't give me a definitive price when I wanted to pre-order. I wouldn't think Nintendo would charge full price for a remake. I was expecting $39.99
