Ten Years of Hitman – My Top 5 Missions

Gamer Euphoria writes:

''Since 2002, five Hitman games have been released taking the ruthless, lethal and deadly Agent 47 to locations ranging from weddings, Russia, hotels, witness protection, a Mardi Gras, a vineyard and even a BDSM party in a meat factory. Some wielded exciting, interesting results while others have left a sour taste not easily remedied.''

I was never into hitman, even when it was a pc only title in the 2000's. To each his own though.

My favorite is the Suburb level from Blood Money. I just loved how different it felt from the normal missions.

Suburb level was nice, as well as all the levels mentioned in the article, but I personally retain other highlights:
-the hotel with spa in Hungary (Hitman Contracts I believe)
-the german ambassy in Russia (Hitman 2?)
-The opera house (Hitman BM?)
-The slaughterhouse party aka "the Meat King" I think (Hitman Contracts?)
-The White House (Hitman BM)
-The castle in Japan aka "Snow country" I believe (Hitman 2)
+ a couple levels with the hillbillies in NA in Hitman BM

But really, pretty much all the missions in all the Hitman games are fantastic. So much variety, so many ways to infiltrate, so many ways to play, what with the games even offering a FPS view! Did they keep it in Hitman Absolution btw? I have yet to get that game.

Hitman is such a great series, I'm glad it didn't just stay on PC and made it on the PS2 back then. Now that it's being rereleased on the PS3, I'm only hesitating to buy it because I already have all 3 games on PS2 (but no PS2 system to play them anymore :p ).

I wonder if the english dubbing for each game is on the BR disc this time? It was such a pain in the @$$ to search in every nook and cranny for an english copy of each game last gen, especially with no internet access...

Gamepass just eating a bowl of W's cereal this month! I need to sub for a few more years before the price goes up!

NotoriousWhiz820d ago

Agreed. Once my sub runs out in the next couple of months, I'm buying 3 years of gold to convert to Gamepass. I probably won't be able to afford Gamepass after those 3 years are up.

Crows90819d ago

Games with gold will be long gone by then...I hope...since its kinda useless.
Gamepass...I wonder what the price hike will be.

gamer9819d ago

Does anyone know if the trick of converting existing XBL Gold into XB gamepass ultimate up to 36 months for ONE dollar still exists? Also, i assume i have to wait for my gamepass ultimate to expire in a few months before i can take advantage of any promotions? Thanks

NotoriousWhiz819d ago

It's never been 1$ for me. I always have to buy one month for $15. Normally I just do one year at a time. So $60 for one year of gold, then $15 for one month of game pass ultimate and I get 13 months of game pass ultimate for a total of $75.

Thanks for the reply NotoriousWhiz, that's a really good deal as well

Gamepass is absolutely fantastic.

Jin_Sakai819d ago

Best deal in gaming hands down! And it’s only going to get better with Bethesda and soon Activision games on board.

gangsta_red820d ago

Death's Door is seriously a fantastic game. I highly recommend everyone play it.

I have never played a Hitman so this is absolutely great news for me

GP just keeps getting better

Crows90820d ago

That's the title that called my attention. Also extraction but just to try.

Zhipp820d ago

I honestly thougth Death's Door was already on Gamepass. Wasn't it an ID@Xbox game?

GaboonViper819d ago

Hitman is fantastic, and you get the entire trilogy, GP is God like.

Elda820d ago

I guess I'll try Extraction & Death's Door.
