There was also an internal Gamestop conference call where the pre-orders for the WiiU version of the game were being cancelled. Might want to look into that or something but, yeah, good piece.

Cheers for that, will have a look into that

that would make absolutely no sense. Why would gamestop cancel preorders for a game that is coming out on the system? The only question is how much later will the Wii U version of the game come out. I highly doubt we will see this game on the Wii U on February 12th, but hopefully it is no more than a month late. And if it is later, it better be because they are adding in extra features not found in the PS360 versions.

Regardless, cannot wait to try out this game.

You're right, it doesn't make much sense. I'm not making it up, though.

I am catiously optimistic for this. But truth be told, I would not surprise me too much if it turns out to be mediocre, as in the low 7.

in any case I got mine pre-order so I will take the risk. :)

After taking a glimpse at the IGN 2 hour video dev walkthrough I am confident this game is going to be worth the duckets.

The Saboteur - criminally underrated and a fantastic mechanic of bringing colour back to Nazi-occupied Paris.

The article lists Bulletstorm, Sleeping Dogs, and Aliens: Colonial Marines.

Can't argue with any of those really, but I would add Resident Evil Operation Racoon City and Metal Gear Survive to that list. Both terrible games from good franchises.

Bulletstorm, I actually liked the gameplay but the atrocious writing and characters made me despise the game by the end of it.

I still play AvP on PS3 to this day. That game had fun multiplayer too.
