Fans of the PC version of Terraria may finally rejoice! You will not have to rely on the console version just to see new updates as Redigit (also known as @Demilogic) is coming back to work. If you’re unfamiliar with the console reference, allow me to shed some light. When the console version was announced, developers 505 Games stated that there would be new content, but were unable to comment on the PC version as they do not own the rights. Of course, this caused some tension, as those affected felt left out.
“Another month has passed us by and during it, many incredible indie games released so let's celebrate the 12 best from March 2024.” - A.J. Maciejewski from Video Chums.
“February is always a short month but it sure didn't feel like it with all of the top-quality indies that released during it. Let's dive right in!” - A.J. Maciejewski from Video Chums.
“It's a new year and with that comes a fresh batch of indies so here are the very best of 2024 so far. I hope you enjoy this look back. 😊” - A.J. Maciejewski from Video Chums.
We'll see but to me it just seems all he cares about is the console version
Care about the fans who got you were you are.
I still find it funny that looking after his new born son was the excuse over ditching the PC version then he's going to meetings and working alongside 505 Studios for the console version STRAIGHT after he told the PC community he HAD to look after his child.
Why didn't he just tell the truth and say "I can't be bothered at the minute"
Oh,now he cares enough to create new content?after he turned his back/ditched the community who made his game successful..
I don't see why people are even upset about the whole situation. Maybe he really left to be with his family or maybe part of the reason he stopped supporting the game is because it was too much. Still, I got a lot more than my moneys worth.
Even though I have a pc to play it on and will buy the ps3 version when it comes out, I've always wished they made it compatible with macs because I'm on my MacBook for school way more than I am my pc anymore.
