While we’ve known it was coming for quite a while, we’re sad to say that THQ is dead. The publisher’s studios and IPs have been picked up by other companies, and the company is set to dissolve. Daily Reaction‘s Seb and Dan discuss the collapse, the sale and the future of THQ’s IPs.

Over the last 25 years, there has been a fair few South Park games, and here GameSpew has ranked them all from best to worst.
We are going to see a lot of crap South Park products since they sold out to paramount years ago. It's their IP they can sell out, of course; it just means the quality of their show has tanked and other products as well. Nevertheless, they put on excellent musicals, but those haven't been sold to a mega corporation.
The South Park series has somehow managed to stay relevant for over 25 years, but which are the best games based on the TV show?
The only two worth playing are Stick of truth and fractured but whole. The rest were garbage except snow day which I can't say anything about yet. But with that said, unlike stick and fractured which debuted as AAA full priced titles by ubisoft, snow day is a new developer and publisher and has a budget price at only $30 soooo
According to a LinkedIn post, Bethesda and Xbox Game Studio representatives will meet up with Deep Silver Volition employees.
That's pretty cool, but didn't they just lay of 10k as a whole. Reportedly some from the gaming division even.
Confused in pa.
But of course. Just look at the latest Saint's Row....that is exactly the level of quality and writing that Xbox strives for these days.
There u go. This is way more acceptable than buying up studios. Buy individual talent until you strengthen your already owned studios. 👏🏽
I like fish sticks...
Farewell!
i absolutely loved Deep silvers Dead Island IP ..so i am kinda stoked to see how it goes with the aquisistion now.. tbh didn't know they had that kind of money to invest in another company, good for them =)
Saint's Row is all that I'm worried about. Other than that my favorite THQ games were way back on the N64. Those were some fine wrestling games. It does suck to see another company fall but oh well.
