It clearly says rated "M" for mature. For those who are Mature enough to realize it's just a game. I'm sure you'll find even worse things about babies in movies and books
Some people really need to take a long look at themselves, and their priorities, if any aspect of any fictional work actually offends them. Especially when they are warned about what's in the game on the box before they even play it.
You don't kill "babies", YOU don't even kill the baby. And to top is off, you don't even SEE the UNBORN baby.
Im one of the old fans that got shafted here when it released, I expected to see loads of trolling reviews on metacritic.. to my surprize, there werent, There were genuine people stating why they hated it, that couldnt understand the praise is garnered from the big sites..
