Rayman Legends Just Became My Most Anticipated Game

I was lucky enough to pick up a fairly cheap Wii U over the weekend, and while I was waiting for New Super Mario Bros U to arrive in the post I decided to download a demo I'd had my eye on ever since it was announced: Rayman Legends. Its predecessor, Rayman Origins, was one of my favourite games of 2011 and completely took me by surprise after the series had been quiet for so long.

I have played the Rayman Legends demo as well. It is pretty fun. The Last of Us is still my most anticipated game right now though.

My most anticipated title for the Wii U is either The Wonderful 101 or Lego City Undercover. Those games look really fun and I can't wait to play them.

I am very excited about this game. I've played through the demo several times and I can't wait for this game to release.

Rayman Legends Demo is amazing. It's like Origins on crystal meth..... It looks to better than Origins for sure , and that's a huge compliment , cus that's one of the gens best 2D platformes , matching everything Nintendo put out in the 7th gen....

It's beautifull game.

Rayman Legends , Monster Hunter Ultimate , Pikmin 3 , Lego city , Bayonetta 2 and wonderfull 101 are my most anticipated wiiu games...

Exactly like I said earlier in another post this game is a breath of freash air. Not the top game for me either in 2013, but still going to be damn good. Really made me frustrated, and happy at the same time, because after playing the lackluster game Super Mario bros U I was looking elsewhere to get my side scrolling fix

@HeroReborn
(thought I hit reply - weird)

I gotta disagree with you there. I thought NSMBU was a much improved experience from the other series' entries. 60 fps, better graphics, and much more challenging to play. The game starts out pretty easy, but by the time you get to Peach's Castle, even the most skilled gamer will be hurling obscenities at the cute little characters onscreen.

It was to much of the same for me I do agree that the game is a peek of what maybe is to come but for a launch title I wanted a bit more. Agree to disagree

E3 2015: Ubisoft Predictions, Rumors & Expectations

What an odd, turnaround year for Ubisoft. It was only E3 2014 where there was a sizable hubbub about the lack of a playable female assassin in the 4-player co-op title, Assassin’s Creed: Unity. It seems it only took the publishing giant one full year to learn how to program female animations for an assassin character, as one will be playable in their upcoming entry of the series. What else is in store for Ubisoft? What exactly will be at their show this year? Will Mr. Caffeine make a reappearance? More importantly, will Ubisoft prominently showcase a new game that isn’t a sequel or a new entry in a pre-established franchise?

This should have been completed and given to Wii-U owners as free DLC since they got shafted on the original release date.

Even the Vita version got additional extra content :

"Rayman Legends on Vita includes all of the original Rayman Legends content, as well as five exclusive maps playable with Murphy, the greenbottle fly seen in previous Rayman games,"

So what was once exclusive, didnt even get much extra content in the end.

It is typical. Fortunately for Wii U owners Ubisoft has now started pissing off other system owners. We werent crazy after all. Sucks too because Rayman Legends was one amazing game and sold decently on Wii U. Dam sure sold more on Wii U tgan on Vita. Oh well. Bye Bye Ubisoft and welcome Platinum Games.

Damn that castle looks awesome

I love unseen64 and their finds but damn shame UBI didnt include this in the game. Then again they have been doing stupid and weird decisions for some time now.
