i know it´s just estimating the numbers but roughly 18,500,000 Sony gaming devices was sold excluding PS2 which is the best seller in South America. Sony should be happy

Japanese consoles will never dissapoint :)

otherZinc4123d ago (Edited 4123d ago )

The company that states they led the word wide console sales for 2012 at E3...That Company will be telling the truth!

If its a lie, that company would be held liable. Vgchartz has zero liability.

The truth will be told at E3.

Lvl_up_gamer4123d ago (Edited 4123d ago )

I was pretty disappointing when I opened up my PS3/blu-ray player for the first time at launch to find no HDMI cable.

Other then that, my PS3 has been great, aside from the controller.

shinrock4124d ago

so i assume that VG charts #'s are fine now!gotta luv this site.

MysticStrummer4124d ago

What do you mean "now"? The numbers from this site are always fine with one group or another, just never everyone at the same time. One group will always gloat while the other cries foul.

Outside_ofthe_Box4124d ago (Edited 4124d ago )

lol Someone who FINALLY says the truth about this whole "I guess VGChartz are legit today" whenever a rival console is above their favored one.

Clarence4124d ago

U can assume that vgchartz numbers are still wrong. Vgchartz always undertrackes PS3 numbers. I'm sure PS3 numbers are higher.

Ezz20134124d ago

i never trust their numbers
NEVER
only from MS and Sony

BlackTar1874124d ago

Shinrock you should wait till more people post before you say something like that. Cuz when you say that and no one above you is saying that yet you look foolish.

Wow, look at the 3DS. Talk about a comeback! Hope the Vita can see something similar happen to it next year, along with some more developer support, they both deserve to be doing well if you ask me.

AdvanceWarsSgt4123d ago

i have faith that the Vita sales will start to pick up. I'm looking forward to this E3 in particular to see which games 3rd parties will be bringing to the system.

EddieNX 4124d ago

The wiiu on 2.5M ending 29th ? That's really really impressive.....

Neonridr4124d ago

The Wii U in just over a month sold almost as much as the Vita did all year.

zebramocha4124d ago

The wiiu had world wide release the vita didn't.

YipMan4124d ago

@zebramocha if the Vita can be found sold in an African country (legally through retailers), I would consider that a worldwide release.

Plenty of Vita gamers and retailers here in South Africa , not sure what point you are trying to make.

They were already 1/2 way to their goal.

wiiulee4124d ago

im assuming ps3 is still in last place, finally selling systems so ps4 will not be out till 2014....more time for wiiu to make its mark...as for psvita...its stuck in last place

EddieNX 4124d ago (Edited 4124d ago )

Exactly. As soon as Rayman , Monster Hunter , Lego City , Pikmin 3 , wiifitU , bayonetta 2 , Aliens colonial marines , Wonderfull 101 all arrive .

Shit's gunna go crazy for wiiu. I'm saying 8-12M by December this year , Easy ....

Meant this @Neonrinr

Rhythmattic4124d ago (Edited 4124d ago )

Assume all you like wiiulee.

Assume : - Verb
Suppose to be the case, without proof.

NastyLeftHook04124d ago

actually 360 is in 3rd place, ps3 is in 2nd

Kur04124d ago

Ps3 was the top selling home console of 2012

HammadTheBeast4124d ago

Sadly, WIIU will have it's nuts kicked in by the true next gen consoles.

Sky Climb Review - Duuro

Duuro says: "I think the idea behind the movement is cool, but on the other hand, the execution and clear limitation of the platform somewhat undermine the whole thing."
