dinosaurs in cryengine sounds awesome! I'll give it a try when I have some time.

Reminds me a bit of Crytek's X-Isle demo way back.

I kept thinking to myself that Farcry 3 would make for an awesome Turok, they just need to replace the animals with dinosaurs and they'd be half way to making the FPS of the year in my book, lol.

This is just a tech demo but already looks better than the stuff the jurassic world? source mod showed off earlier.

Well, to be honest, this is merely a player model swap. An environment like that only takes a few hours to make in CryEngine 2, whereas the Source mod team has built everything from scratch.

Awesome! But i dont get why almost every dinosaur game that gets released is based off Humans vs. Dino multiplayer where people play both dinos and humans. Thats cool and all but put in a 4 player coop mode thats like Horde mode but with freaking dinosaurs. Thats all i ask, and i will spend hours and money on it no problem.

CE5 has a higher framerate but CE3 looks better at times...

I guess this is because CE5 is just supposed to be a Cryengine for VR and not much more

Imortus_san2942d ago

CE3 looks much better, more defenition and more vibrant colors.
