First Mugen Souls Z screens reveal improved graphics and new details

Just like with every Neptune game Compile Hearts has improved the visuals of Mugen Souls. The first game was a blast & this game looks to continue the trend.

Here's hoping that NISA will localize this game in the near future as well.

Just asking here but how is the gameplay? It kinda reminds me of Disgaea but they removed all the sexy stuff and overcutesized everything IMO

The game is very otaku & definitely made for the Japanese crowd who really love this 'Moe' character style.

If you enjoyed Compile Hearts games like Neptune than this game is up your alley. The only thing similar to Disgaea is the high level of grinding & damage to dish out. Things can get really 'over the top' story wise like Disgaea.

I am a big fan of these lesser known JRPG from smaller companies so i am i bit biased to these games.

I actually didn't play all of Mugen Souls. I bought a few games within the same month of buying it such as Borderlands 2, Resident Evil 1, Tokyo Jungle, One Piece Pirate Warriors along with 1 year PS+ subscription which offered me a few games from the instant collection.

I do need to go back and play it. It's a saft game, but I enjoyed the battle system and being able to transform to suit the enemies.

Will pick this up, maybe not on release day. Trying to restrict my day one releases to one a month.
