Animal Crossing is just selling like crazy and I don't get it at all. I came very very close to buying it just based on the hype. I had the DS Animal Crossing and never got into it but every day when I StreetPass with people 75% of the time their most recent game is the new Animal Crossing. I went to three different stores and they were all sold out. There's no way I'd pay extra for the download version so I didn't get it. It's back in stores now but I'm done. Fantasy Life however looks like Animal Crossing but with a point. Yeah you can mess around town and go fishing but you can also fight monsters with local co op and defeat the evil king. That sounds much more interesting to me. I'll be checking the reviews in two days when it's released.

Is anyone else at all interested in this game?

I'd be interested in this game if it happened to be localized in North America, but I do love animal crossing. It's a very relaxing game, but I never have anyone to play it with. It's entirely a singleplayer thing for me. I'd wait until you can find it in stores. I never understand digital downloads... I always buy the game at a store.

Yea This game looks fun. I don't care if it's meant for a younger audience, it's got elements within it that appeal to people of all ages who just love playing games.

The Art style is awesome....Seems good for 30-50 hours of fun though.

I misjudged the popularity of this game and didn't preorder. Now I can't find one anywhere. Hopefully it'll be popular enough to be localized outside of Japan like Animal Crossing.

I would kill to have a Way of the Samurai game with a huge budget and modern tech... The first game was one of my greatest joys on PS2 back in the day. And I really hope From Software will do something with Tenchu... I hate that they're just sitting on the IP like it doesn't even exist.

Don't play with my feelings like that.

Also, new Tenchu please!

Tenchu would be superb in this day and age. Ninja and samurai games are hot right now and more is better.
