GTA V will be a day one purchase for me, for sure, but I have enough games right now that it'll be long after March before I'm done playing them and then GTA V... those March releases will be discounted by the time I'm ready for them.

I'm glad it doesn't clash with Last of Us. I should be finishing up with GTA around May and will roll right into Last of Us, it will make a nice change of pace! Two awesome games with completely different gameplay one after the other.

GTA is exciting cause unlike almost every other game it goes into finer mechanics of what you can do, a lot of which is not known until it is released.

Like can we go in buildings? or will there be tanks? we know animals exist but will there be many or can we use them in a fight? or what happens if i drive a car into x building etc.

Rockstar generally up the ante and keep it fresh with each game.

The writing and characters alone are worth the price of admission. GTAIV was one of the few games this gen that could truly make me laugh out loud. From NPC conversations to the tv and radio broadcasts, nothing is better.

I'm just hoping there will be detailed cockpits, I trust Rockstar will nail everything else.

2013 man im so looking forward to this game. Im also looking forward to cryteks new shooter. And im also looking forward to e3. This years e3 must feature xbox 720 and ps4. But out of all this im looking forward to 3 games. Watchdogs looks awesome. GTA 5 ofcourse. Obviously whoever researched this story failed to get the facts straight because BioShock Infinite is coming out on March 26th. Both the BioShock and GTA franchises are owned by Take Two so there is no way they would release both these games the same week, let alone the same month.

May seems likely especially when you look at the last 3 releases Rockstar put out. Red Dead Redemption, LA Noire, and Max Payne 3 all came out in may, so my guess is this will also.

Safe to say this won't interfere with the Last of Us release date unlike some people were expecting. Unfortunately, the same can not be said for GoW Ascension and GoW Judgement.

Its a possibility it will come out in march. Bioshock infinite was suppose to come out in February but delayed(again). For all we know they were deciding to bring gta v in march and Bioshock infinite in February but that got messed up. i will predict Bioshock infinite will be delayed again to april-may due to irrational games is having trouble but only time will tell. if Bioshock infinite does get delayed again, irrational games should just say something like this, "we don't know when it will get released, the release date will be announced when we are sure it will get released on the day that it was given" or something along that line.
For GTA V releasing in march, idk but i have a feeling it will come out in march or april. Either month is good.

People slobber over Amazon dates and it gets hits, even though Amazon placeholder dates are not the actual release date like 95% of the time. Take Two has previously confirmed that GTA V won't release until FY14. That means it won't launch until at least April 1st.

I'm really curious as how this, the last of us and other story based games are going to sell. Gta got a lot of mehs after people bought it last time. These stories are amazing to lots of gamers yet they don't keep pace with the other adult story telling mediums. Story telling is not easy though.
