Haven’t you heard it before? Video games cause violence. Games are responsible for young men taking up arms and shooting innocent victims to death. Do video games make easy scapegoats for covering up the real issue or is there more to this debate then what gamer’s are willing to admit?
Have we really been blasting apart zombies and surviving a myriad of over-sized animals and bioweapons for over two decades?
1. Re1 remake/remaster

No, there is a much greater issue behind this tragedy. It's bigger than video games and guns.
Its the culture of hatred and agression in our society that lights the fuze on psychos like the sandy hook gunman.
Why? Blame the parents
Blame the title of this article. Hook? That's the best you could drum up.
If your not stable enough to not kill a person then you shouldn't even be allowed in society, then other things get the blame.
One couple killed their baby in an incident related to gaming? 600 babies are killed every year from shaken baby syndrome which is usually a parent trying to get their baby to shut up.
A kid Kills their parent over gaming? 113 parents are killed by their kid every year.
Every year over 16,000 people are killed in the US alone, and nearly 2 million emergency calls for assault. And your complaining about 10 or 20 case over the course of several years?! Wheres your story on the kid who was beat to death over food in a poor neighborhood, the man killed by his wife over jealousy and the lawyer killed for doing the right thing?
This article is statistically unfair to everyone.
Stop defending your precious videogames for one minute and see the point of the article. Games will continue to get blamed until that industry has a little more respect for itself.
