Let me start this off by saying that – even as a child – I had nerves of steel. My family exposed me to every horror film of the 80′s and 90′s and as a result, scare tactics and jump-out-at-you tricks never work on me. Now that we’ve cleared that up, let me tell you about Fatal Frame.
Fatal Frame 2 is the quintessential survival horror game which deserves to be remembered by every horror fan.
I played the OG Xbox game on 360 via BC. Played great and looked perfect. I imported the wii remake as well, but have never actually played it.
Great game and great series..hopefully they would port FF2 Wii remake version on other consoles as they did with FF4 and FF5
Enter a world of terror and darkness with this list comprising the best horror games of all time, featuring old and new titles.
Was playing Alien: Isolation again a few weeks ago, still holds up and the AI is incredible.
F.E.A.R. was another amazing game, shame the series went downhill with 2 and then fell off entirely with F3AR.
Couldn’t get into Fatal Frame, bought the remaster on PS5 and just…couldn’t.
Today, KOEI TECMO America is pleased to announce that its remastered classic, FATAL FRAME: Mask of the Lunar Eclipse, is now available digitally for Nintendo Switch™, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Windows PC at via Steam.
Man I wish they released these again HD style. Never did finish them. Didn't like the control but the atmosphere was so creepy.
I have not played one of these games in ages. Even though nothing really scares me besides bats. I could not finish this game.
I wish they'd bring the Wii remake over here to NA.... -_-
I bought the first 2 because I know they will become really expensive rarities one day but I have never played them.
Fatal Frame 2 is still one of the best horror titles out there. I hope Sony acquired this IP instead of Nintendo. Maybe then we would've gotten western release for Mask of the Lunar Eclipse.
