I enjoyed Sesame Street growing up. This is great for children that you want to get into gaming, but learn as well. My nephew loved the first one, I have to find out if he would like this one as well.

In-depth Review: Kinect Nat Geo TV: Season Two - Electronic Theatre

Along with the recent launch of Kinect Sesame Street TV: Season Two, Microsoft Studios are pursuing their ‘2-way TV Experience’ brand with another chapter of Relentless Software’s Kinect Nat Geo TV. interesting...

"Just as it was back in September last year, Kinect Nat Geo TV remains a fantastic example of the kind of innovative experiences that are available when motion-control devices are used properly. This isn’t a mini-game compilation of an interactive movie akin to the 1990s fad celebrating the birth of CD storage on videogame consoles; this is the best of those ideas modernised and packaged for an audience that cares what they buy into rather than simply adopting a family videogame for the holidays"

A few years ago they hype train for this device was so high it was unbelievable. You guys on here were touting project natal as the next coming. You and journalists were making up all the new ways we could game. You said we could control our dashboards like Minority Report and throw grenades wiuth our hands and go prone for prone.

Now in the article I see the word sesame street and attempting to target an older audience.

Use your brains people. Next time, remember this isn't 2087, it's 2013.

Fail on so many levels. And microsoft is still gonna try and ram this garbage down our throats.

Kinect Sesame Street TV – Season 2 Review | GodisaGeek

GodisaGeek: "We reviewed Season 1 a while back and now that Season 2 is here we thought we’d give you something a little bit different and instead of just asking you to read another review of what is essentially more episodes of the same thing, we’d let you sit back, relax and watch some footage of the game along with the review."

Wow, seems like you're not allowed to buy kids games for kids. Kinect is ideally suited for kids and these type of games reflect that. I sure don't have a problem with that as watching my kids play is a blast.

Excellent review, from what is considered the greatest console off all time!!

the xbox 360 delivers experiences that the PS3 cannot simply provide

Games like this, prove that the 360 is in a league of it's own

And that league is, casual soccer mums

Wait? Was that sarcasm, sarcasm is so hard to sense with text.

Wow. Nothing good going on in this comment section.

Why do Kinect game sequels become "seasons", anyway? Do they not think people understand that a number "2" means a sequel to the existing game of that name?

GodisaGeek4104d ago

With Sesame Street and Nat Geo, it's possibly to do with them being "interactive TV shows"...so it sort of makes sense to be "Season 2"?

SilentNegotiator4104d ago

Oh right.

Well, what do you want me to do? add a GOOD comment among this thread? lol

Cueil4104d ago

nothing will be nearly as cool as the game show they did for a couple of years... that was effing fun
