PlayStation Store Preview – November 27th, 2012

Game releases have begun to wind down, as we reach the end of the holiday shopping season. Luckily, the PlayStation Network still has plenty of releases to keep us busy while retail (except for Far Cry 3) dries up. This week’s highlight is Ratchet and Clank: Full Frontal Assault. While there isn’t much in the way of new content for PlayStation Vita this week, there are some deep discounts on some of the best Vita games released this year. Nothing for Vita for a long while. At least during that huge-ass stretch from June to November we KNEW the Vita had some good games coming at the end of October. Now we're entering what looks to be an even longer drought with no release dates in sight.

But, I'm sure a legion of Sony fanboys will once again try to argue against that obvious point by citing games that have already come out as though it somehow excuses these huge swaths of time with nothing in sight.

I don't think I've ever seen such bipolar support for any product out there except maybe Star Trek. ~__~

First- I'm no fanboy - I own all and love all my consoles/handhelds.

That said their never is anything coming out for ANY system after the Holiday rush. I mean a couple titles here and there but that goes for all not just the vita. If anyone's a fanboy it's you my friend. I dislike fanboys because they vomit hate every time they open their mouths. Get a life or in Spanish a "Vita" (pun intended) and stop all the bullshit.

Do I really have to defend this? Really? We know of ZERO decent games coming to the Vita in NA/EU--ever.

On the PS3 alone we have Ni No Kuni, Yakuza 5, Tales of Xilia, Last of Us, God of War Ascension, Grand Theft Auto 5, Ratchet & Clank FFA, Guilty Gear XX AC+, Mass Effect, Devil May Cry, Dead Space 3, Sly Cooper Thieves in Time, MEtal Gear Revengeance, Bioshock Infinite, etc., etc. to look forward to.

The "future" of does not mean December. It means December AND January AND February AND March AND April AND May AND June AND July and so on and so forth.

Any gamer with half a brain can point to upcoming interesting titles on NA or EU on any platform out there... except the Vita.

That sucks. And refusing to see that... makes you a deluded fanboy. Saying things like, "I'm no fanboy," doesn't change that fact.

Hmmm, I love Ratchet/Clank, but I think I'm gonna wait till the Vita version releases to pick up full frontal assault, I hope the cross-save is as smooth as PlayStation All-Stars.

I forget what the details were about the late release for Vita. I'm assuming that once the Vita version is released that people who bought the PS3 version will be getting vouchers for the Vita version? Is that right?

I like how the week my PS3 comes in the mail they bring back Just Cause 2, Borderlands, and the first 2 episodes of The Walking Dead. Literally the three things I was pissed I missed out on.

Edit: And I've heard great things about Starhawk and Saints Row 2 also, so this is great.

Any opinions on Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine?

when did u get your ps3? because a lot of those games they still have are gone. starhawk is gone and so are the walking dead games and borderlands too. but you might actually be talking about ow you got your ps3 weeks ago haha

I saw on Playstation Plus a few days ago that all those games were gone. Then this post says this week so I ASSUMED it was up-to-date. God *^%*&#@%@$ damn it.
