RPS - Last time I spoke with Peter Molyneux, he was practically abuzz with renewed vigor. He’d left Microsoft, started his own hand-picked studio, and ascended back into the high-concept realm he so loves to call home. But reality has a way of dousing even the most excited of flames, and Molyneux knows that better than just about anyone.
Project currently codenamed MOAT.
Imagine a game where Peter Molyneux presents an extraordinary set of ideas that players will enjoy for years to come. Now imagine that this particular game will come out because it will never exist.
One of the biggest reveals at this year's Xbox Games Showcase was the latest Fable trailer. After a lengthy stint of silence, Playground Games gave us a look at bits of the title, albeit in a trailer that was mostly made up of CGI nonsense headlined by comedian Richard Ayoade, who is playing a rather frustrated giant.
Molyneux asked about what he thought about the Fable reveal.
From Xfire: "Remember when you'd buy a game and... that was it? You got the full experience by purchasing the full product one time. "
Damn, Train Simulator is costing the big bucks. That game is kinda fun but not if you purchase all the DLC.
"All the DLC - Train Simulator 2020, $10,145"
No wonder we're witnessing an increasing number of ports from PC to consoles, you can't nickel and dime PC owners with all their mods over there, lol
"Legatus Pack - Star Citizen $27,000"
Ouch!
Planet Calypso - Entropia Universe, $6,000,000
WTF...?!
The dude really needs to stop over hyping his projects and let them speak for themselves
has no one discovered whats inside the curiosity box? he claims it will be life changing lol well i will not be wasting my life and time chipping away at a virtual cube. Ill wait until someone has wasted their time and life and puts this up on youtube or somthing. Then onces its somthing really silly and too hyped up imagine the outrage.
