If you were a professional reviewer you wouldn't call it a clone. No reviewer called Soul Caliber, Virta Fighter or Tekken clones

Stopped reading there. I knew it was a terrible review with little substance from that little sentence, when you cant judge a game on its own qualities then just stop being a reviewer and go work at burgerking cause thats probably much more suited for you.

It seems like a great game for being a clone. Dante's Inferno in similar fashion was also a clone but still a great game.

Last time i checked, SSB doesnt have an online mode?...
And the only things similar between the two games is the time clock, and that a max of 4 characters are playable per stage... Everything/anything else is VASTLY different between the two, so claiming that PSASBR is a clone of SSB proves that person is pulling sh!t out of their @ss...

Be aware of the up coming @ss pulls, about this game.... Its like 75% of these so called gaming websites website have a personal vendetta against Sony, people need to grow up.

And it's not even about the score given, before some idiots come in complaining about that. It's about the reviewer not being capable of judging the game as a standalone, and feeling it ABSOLUTELY necessary to bring SSB into the review.

Newsflash: it's not. Nobody compares SSB to Power Stone when they review it, do they? Different format, but same genre, so what's the difference?

OF COURSE I know why: there's a superficial similarity, based on the format of the two games. That's enough for people like YOU to label it "clone" and proclaim it has no originality. It's enough for reviewers to forget how to review- as if they hadn't, already- and decide the ONLY way they can judge this game is by deciding it's either TOO MUCH like SSB, or NOT ENOUGH like SSB.

YOU know damn well what the reason is, and you know it's pathetic, too. C'mon, it's not like you're some beacon of objectivity on the subject, but the truth is still evident to you. Who are you trying to fool?

Power Stone is played differently than SSB and PSAS. It's a 3-D fighter with an interactive enviroment. Something both PS and SB isn't.

Not to mention Power Stone doesn't use Capcom characters from different games to brawl one another the same way SB/PSAS does.

I already told you the difference Hicken and it's obvious you know why but you still want to play the victim role. And there is more than just "superficial" similarities between the two games. Keep fooling yourself though. I have always said that this game is close if not similar to SSB but I have never said that that's a bad thing. But you being incoherent and not understanding automatically assume I hate the game and probably all things Sony.

I find it hilarious that you can sit here crying and whining about how people shouldn't compare PSAS to SSB when there have been MANY, MANY times when YOU went on binges comparing GT5 to Forza. Oh, but YOU must have forgotten all those times because it doesn't suit YOU and your agenda.

Is anyone else pissed that the Vita version cost $39.99 at midnight and now it's $35.99? I only stayed up that late to support the devs and I had to buy a $20 PSN card to cover like 2 bucks. And now it's discounted??? I want my 4 dollars back so I can buy something else in the store :/

Ugh all these reviews even the good ones all you see is smash bros this smash bros that. OK we get it its a four player brawler. IMO all stars feels way too different to actually be called a clone, and I may even go as far as saying it has more depth when you consider combos and strategically planning what super lvl to use and when.

I hate to say it but this seems like a case of knocking Sony just because its he cool thing to do these days. Oh well I'll be having fun playing the game.
