First downloadable content for Hitman: Absolution that will allow you to outfit and equip Agent 47 with Deus Ex: Human Revolution Costume and weapon. DLC will feature an Adam Jensen-inspired Deus Ex suit.
When Hitman 3 recently changed its name to Hitman World of Assassination, fans had no idea how meaningful the moment was. On the outside it looked like a simple thing: Hitman 3 would now be known by this name and include levels from Hitman 2 and 3 - the trilogy would all be in one place. But on the inside, at IO Interactive, much more was going on.
You mean destroyed it with this tethered single-player campaign BS... And only the first few levels of the third modern game were on the disc! I'll never support this crap at any price-point! They've lost me as a customer.
The last 10 years of Hitman have been full of highs and lows. And David Bateson and Jane Perry have been there with the series through this eventful decade.
Hitman is, and has been, a remarkable series developed by some of the best. Some are better than others, but every Hitman is challenging and fun.
Sure, there have been some stumbles and fumbles, but always in pursuit of the perfect Hitman game. The most recent trilogy is a masterclass in level design.
Hitman: Absolution: 72H for FREE. There's no gimmick here, just CLAIM IT and it's yours forever

Agent 47 with Deus Ex: Human Revolution Costume
These DLC have been on the EU PSN store since last Wednesday
remember the good ol' days (circa 2004-2009ish), when DLC was an afterthought, announced and released several months after a game's original release? It seemed like back then it really extended the game's experience, and gave players something new to look forward to once they had completed the main storyline. I remember the epic wait for GTA4 and Fallout 3 DLC.. it was like waiting for a whole new game.
Nowadays, DLC is announced alongside whatever game it's for and it tends to be pre-order specific to certain retailers, thus dividing the community somewhat. Not to mention many games are now beginning to plan monthly DLC launches which either nickel and dime the player, or require an extra season pass at $40-$50 a pop.
I mean, DLC is really up to the player to decide on purchasing.. if you love the game it's for, then it holds value and is worth the money for you. It's just that, I feel that with games being so expensive these days, to not get the complete version of the game that was ready to be played on day one, is a bit of a sham.
I didn't ask for this
All jokes aside, I am loving Hitman but Deus Ex HR is a far better stealth game.
