Next week is going to be a big one on the PlayStation Network. Thanks to the latest episode of the PS Blogcast, we know that we can expect a huge digital sale on big PlayStation 3 games starting on Tuesday. They may not have told us exactly which ones they are, but it’s hopefully going to be great games for great prices.
VGChartz's Mark Nielsen: "Upon finally finishing Devil May Cry 5 recently - after it spent several years on my “I’ll play that soon” list - I considered giving it a fittingly-named Late Look article. However, considering that this was indeed the final piece I was missing in the DMC puzzle, I decided to instead take this opportunity to take a look back at the entirety of this genre-defining series and rank the entries. What also made this a particularly tempting notion was that while most high-profile series have developed fairly evenly over time, with a few bumps on the road, the history of Devil May Cry has, at least in my eyes, been an absolute roller coaster, with everything from total disasters to action game gold."
3,1,4,5 to me, never played 2. 5 gameplay is amazing but level design was really disappointing to me, just a bunch of plain arenas, the story felt like a worse written rehash of the 3rd and the charater models looked weird ( specially the ladies ). Another problem with 5 was that there was not enough content for 3 charaters so I could never really familiarize with any of them
Plenty of unforgettable games have completely messed up their players throughout the years, all the way back from the PS1 days to the dark recesses of the modern internet.
Gary Green said: Namco Bandai heard the call of many fans asking for the PlayStation release of Tales of Graces which was originally released seemingly exclusively for the Wii back in 2009. If you’re acquainted with the Tales series then Graces f won’t be something entirely new to you, yet if you’re a newcomer then you’ll find a plethora of gameplay mechanics and nuances that distinguish this series from other JRPGs. While the game finds itself following the traditional archetype of JRPGs, such as a somewhat clichéd story, Graces has something to offer to both veterans and newcomers alike.
I hope the DmC demo proves me wrong and I love the gameplay, I really want to have interest in the reboot but I vastly prefer and miss everything about the real Devil May Cry series
Uncharted, gravity rush, jet set radio on ps plus. My vita is gonna get plenty of use these holidays!
Making a list of stuff coming out on the PSN tuesday and leaving off P4G? For shame.
EDIT: of course, this is coming from the same people who say the Vita's 2.0 update will allow it to play video files at 1080p.
Tried the Sine Mora demo on XBLA way back when, didn't care for it, more into Soldner X-2 as a shmup. Walking Dead episode 5 on the other hand? No idea it was coming out next week! Will download instantly. Great series, and this'll wrap it all up with a nice platinum. Can't wait.
