The new next-gen title from the former L.A. Noire developer - Whore of the Orient - is set for a 2015 release.
This week the crew got together to talk about the new Ghostbusters game in relation to the release of the film reboot and they might have had opinions you wouldn’t expect! They also introduced a new segment (that might be weekly… maybe) called Hideo Kojima Quote of the Show, or HKQOTS for short!
After the incredible success of Team Bondi’s L.A. Noire, the gaming world waited eagerly for its follow-up Whore of the Orient, but sadly it will never come.
I knew the game was in developmental hell, but didn't realise the whole thing had been given up on and everyone had moved on. Loved L.A. Noire, and this sounds like it would have been even better,
I wouldn't mind knowing what Bendan McNamara is doing then if it is not this?
Hopefully another game similar to L.A. Noire. I just want another crime fighting game, and The Whore of the Orient just didn't look similar to me from the gameplay reveal a few years back.
This is some disappointing news. I loved LA Noire and was looking forward to this. I just those involved are able to get jobs again. :(
That is disappointing. I love L.A. Noire, so I am hoping that Team Bondi will make another game similar to it.

Overmental: We're right smack dab in between E3's at the moment, which leaves a lot of big 2015 games announced, but without confirmed release dates.
Battlefront 3 will most likely launch at the same day Star Wars 7 is launching. And so will Ratchet and Clank.
Quantum Break is a game that might get delayed. I mean Alan Wake was announced in 2005 and was released in 2010. So that's five years. Hopefully that doesn't happen here.
AC Victory and COD will definitely be released this year.
Do we know when the Ratchet and clank movie is coming out? Now the game is something I'm really looking forward to if they are being released concurrently. I bet a lot of these games are set for holiday 2015
Final Fantasy XV? Persona 5? Kingdom Hearts 3? where are those games on the list?
i think out of these FF has the best chances to come out in west during fall 2015
we still have few events before the fall so we will get release dates, i am kind of worried about new Battlefront gamer because if its launching with new star wars movie, did it get enough time in development? I mean EA got the License and started working on it not long ago
did EA start working on this a while back and the license was announced at a later date maybe?
Not to mention lack of Xenoblade. How is Ratchet and Clank a bigger release than all of the games we've mentioned?
Did the guy who made this list shake one of those magic 8-balls for the chance of every game slipping into 2016?
