"So Grand Theft Auto V is a big deal. A really big deal. So big that the promos announcing the release of the second trailer are hyped to infinity, riding the awesome wave of Game Informer’s mega large cover story. You can now switch characters, rappel down buildings, pilot fighter jets and so much more – and everything is extra sparkly thanks to a new engine Rockstar is touting. They even expect the game to sell a whopping 25 million units in the first 12 months."
The GTA 5 Agent Trevor DLC episode could have been a real treat for fans on PlayStation and Xbox, before it was scrubbed sometime before 2017.
With the amount of money they generated, I just don’t understand the scrubbing of this. It would’ve been fantastic for fans.
I really want to know who drove the decision to focus on multiplayer was it Rockstar or take two.
Because when online started taking off many of the studio leads began having falling outs and leading including a founder
One of the reason I believe once gta 6 release, most of us thoroughly play it, enjoy the world they crafted then after that no offline support, no dlc at all
Grand Theft Auto V was released on PC on the 14th of April 2015. That means the game will be nine years old in four days, and it’s still among the most-played titles on Steam. With a 24-hour peak of 145K players, it’s as popular as Baldur’s Gate 3, Apex: Legends, and Destiny 2.

To celebrate the formula and parse the best from the best, have a look at the best open-world games of all time so far.
Good Article! :)
patiently waiting, but since we know this game is coming in out next year, i wonder if agent is next in line to come out?
Damn I forgot my ticket. I'll get on the next stop okay?
Great article anyways. I share the same fear as you do of rockstar not being able to reach expectations with gta v. Let's hope they smash our expectations.
WHOOO WHOOOOOOOO
I've always failed to enjoy gta games.
Last one bored me to tears. And mp was horrible.
So...with all the recent open world games that were excellent....what is it that Gta games have that I'm missing? What's that magic something that seems to have so many gamers in awe?
I loved rdr. And I liked saints row the 3rd.
I enjoy open world games....just not gta.
