Serious Sam publishers Devolver Digital are giving away a free copy of Serious Sam 3: BFE Edition. You just have to hate Medal of Honor as much as them.
Despite launching back in 2011, Serious Sam 3: BFE is playable on all modern formats. But is it still worth your time?
CG writes: Here is a 40 minute look at the Blade Runner Cells Interlinked 2021 gameplay on PC. It’s a mod for Serious Sam 3 BFE (Serious Sam Fusion). The game offers a single-player Blade Runner experience, and has you escaping from your captors.
Alongside death, taxes and terrible Adam Sandler movies, video game sequels are just another crushing inevitability of life. Sequels and franchises are the lifeblood of the industry, so you can bet any halfway successful game will be aiming towards at least five more follow-ups and spin-offs in pursuit of more delicious money.
Yet even major franchises tend to run themselves into the ground eventually, where they can either reboot themselves and come back stronger than ever (think the new Tomb Raider games) or stay buried in the past.
Lol... Last time I checked Serious Sam sucked too!
The irony is strong with this one.
Just finished another 2 hour MOH Multiplayer session. The thing Rock's. If that's how you give away free games. Then go &*^% your hat.
This is going to backfire on them.
They're more likely to hear how crap their own game is on Twitter, than have people turn on MOH.
no matter what anyone says about how crap a game is, I always think it's bad taste for a Dev turn on another like this.
And if you are going to try and pull something like this off, you better be sure your game is like 10/10 on meta and GOTY on all the review sites and all that... because if it is not... god help you!
