Okami HD on PSN Today, Watch the Launch Trailer

At long last I’m pleased to share that the great goddess Amaterasu is ready to save the world once again! Ōkami HD is launching on PSN today in North America and will be available to download for $19.99 later today with the PlayStation Store update.

SOTC its one of the best games ever created, and im hard to impress person.

but when u get money, buy okami, great game also

They are overcharging for this game in comparison to other HD remakes. HD remakes (if bought as a single title, not a package) weigh in from £8 - £12 on the PS Store. Capcom games like Resident Evil 4, Code Veronica and now Okami are weighing in at £16.

I have yet to play either Okami or SOTC, but since I can get SOTC for £12 (when its sold as a single title on the PS Store) or the ICO collection for £15 (in a retail store) I think the obvious choice is SOTC or the collection.

I can get Okami for the Wii for less than half the asking price from the PS Store. It will still look good because of its art direction and will ultimately be the best version for me simply because of the price point.

Screw Capcom...

well yeah SOTC is obviously the better option but okami is a really good game worth picking up some time.

Personally, I hated SOTC because it has horrible controls. Moreover, I would stay away from this too - £15.99 is an absolute ripoff.

I never played it when it 1st came out. So I downloaded it last night and played the 1st hr. It looks incredible on my 65" TV full 1080P. And how is it getting ripped off for a better version? Considering I never played the wii or PS2 version I bought the best version for $20. I don't feel ripped off,I feel all warm and fuzzy so there.
