false, playing one does hinder your chance of getting an ultra rare weapon because the volus are an ultra rare card. There are 2 of them and then unlocking their customization options takes a total of 12 cards. Thats 12 ultra rare weapon cards you could have had.
Because they are BIOTIC GODS! No other explanation needed.
I'm used to chasing them down and harassing them in the campaign for money or info...this will be a change.
Played right the volus adept can carry a team thru gold against collectors
