I'm skeptical about third parties participating in cross-buy. I wish, but it looks like I'll be buying it for PS3 and Vita

Yeah, I don't see much incentive for third parties to follow suit. Sony is doing it to promote their hardware, so they have a good reason for doing it, but third parties don't have as much going for them. I would be far more likely to buy their games at launch if they did the cross buy thing though.

What really bothers me about Declassified is they have the nerve to charge $10 more than most other Vita retail games while the visuals don't come close to other Vita games, there is only a mission based single player (I'd like a cohesive campaign at $50) and the online is only 4v4... hell, 6v6 would be the least they should have considered. My Vita shooter money is on Killzone Mercenaries... I prefer Killzone anyway. I will get BlOps 2 though.

the ground look it have lower resolution in terms of textures and some stuff have less polygons but the shaders looks pretty good

I think half of the "Lower resolution" look is due to it being filmed off of an oled screen.

I'm loving the vita, it's awesome tech and a killer toy for any gamer, NFS looks dope, so does AC liberation but to say its more powerful than any console? I dont see how you came to that conclusion.

Once we see 7gig size Vita games and know for sure that devs can use almost all the horsepower of the vita then we can judge. I have a feeling that devs are not using all of the Ram that the Vita has. I feel they are restricted to 128mb GPU ram and 256 ram storage. I am not even sure that the Vita is using all 4 cores yet. In honesty on a 5 inch screen at 540p resolution they could get console quality looking games using only 2 of 4 cores and the above specs and we could not tell. I do believe though that just like the PSP there will be a firmware update when necessary to extend the life of the console. 2 pure cores for a handheld in todays day is adequate and almost the same amount of Ram available as the PS3 and 360 is in the palm of our hands. But like I said the assets will go up in quality also with larger card sizes like and 8 gig card or dare I say a 16 gig card for like an Infamous or GT or GTA vita games. The Vita is just getting started and is completely untapped.

The Vita is currently not more powerful than consoles because their CPUs are faster and their GPUs can display more polygons. The question is whether games on the Vita can appear to "LOOK" better than consoles. In the future, that is a definite possibility. There is a 4 core CPU and 4 core GPU running at 540p resolution on a 5 inch screen. You are right that the Vita has more ram however, at present the card limit is less than 4 gigs. Once the card storage goes up so does texture detail that is when the gap will start to get closer.
