All this weekend, THQ games are on sale through Steam. On top of a 50% discount on the embattled publisher's entire catalogue, each day will see a select game receiving even further discounts in a daily spotlight.
Like today – Metro 2033 is in the spotlight and available for only $5. This deal only lasts for today, so if you want to get a head start on Metro: Last Light, now may not be a bad time.
Alex & Mike talk Biomutant, a game from Experiment 101/THQ Nordiq you likely have not heard of. While the AAA side of the industry tends to homogenization and imitative, cinematic presentation, “AA” games remain creative and innovative in 2021. Drawing on inspirations as varied as Dark Souls, third person shooters & kung fu cinema, Biomutant is Ratchet & Clank on acid, developed by a team of 20 people.
Remember THQ? They published such games as Avatar: The Last Airbender, Darksiders I & II, the Destroy All Humans series, Homefront, the Red Faction series, and Saint's Row 1-3. Almost as famous as their games were the THQ marketing stunts, including a Golden Wii.
PlaySation gamers are in for a treat today! Not only did Sony roll out its “Double Discount” PlayStation Store sale, but there’s also a THQ Humbe Bundle PS4 discount happening too!
Great deal. Couldn't log into the forum for some reason, so I will ask my question here since this is a PC article. Can anyone recommend a keypad mouse set-up for PC? I think I need a better controller to enjoy games like Metro on PC.
It was $5 yestarday, it's $5 today and will be $5 tomorrow.
Metro 2033 definitely worth it. I only bought it this year. If you love intense atmosphere and s gripping story, it is a must buy.
Plus, the sequel is coming out next year. It is also one of the best looking games on PC with highest settings ;)
