DSOGaming writes: "Germany is at it again. Nordic Games has revealed that the newest installment of the legendary “Painkiller” series, “Painkiller Hell & Damnation”, will not receive an age rating in Germany."
Painkiller: Hell & Damnation launched 10 years ago today, and offered a hell of a good time for chaotic FPS fans.
Techtorial: Amazon Black Friday 2014 video game deals update for tuesday is now live.
VRFocus - Over the past few weeks VRFocus‘ Mod of the Week column has delivered a breakdown of how to adapt existing titles for use with the Oculus Rift headset via the Tridef 3D injection driver. Given the wide variety of uses and the fact that a free demonstration version of the driver is available, this has proven very popular amongst our readers. Therefore, today’s Mod of the Week will be now different. The Tridef 3D injection driver will be the catalyst once again, and this time it’s the turn of The Farm 51′s Painkiller: Hell & Damnation.
Never played Painkiller but I feel this whole VR thing is going to be awesome, would love to be able to try one out.
Still very conscious and guilty of the atrocities during WWII sadly.
Germany is actually a very nice country, my sister is living there, as well as many relatives. Too bad they still have one-sided idiotic people telling them what they can and can not do, even though there is no significant research showing that Video Games = violence in real life. This world is beyond saving.
Guess German players will have to buy it via gifts on Steam or other ways
There have been studies (unbiased) that show violent games reduce stress. I am a perfect example since I take my rage out on pixels. But regardless I prefer the government to do their job and that is not telling what I can or cannot do with my own free time (long as I am not hurting other people).
