Is Ōkami for the PS3 worth $20? How many hours can you expect from Ōkami? Data Report

"Ōkami was originally released for the PlayStation 2, and originally developed by Clover Studio (now closed) and published by Capcom. The game was updated with Wii motion controls, and released for the Wii in North America on April 15, 2008. Both the PlayStation 2 and Wii versions of Ōkami received an ESRB rating of 'Teen' with 'Blood and Gore, Crude Humor, Fantasy Violence, Suggestive Themes, Use of Alcohol and Tobacco' listed as content for games and parents to be aware of. If you're a PlayStation 3 owner and haven't played Ōkami yet, but are interested in the soon to be released PS3 version of the game, how many hours can you expect from it? Well, how many hours have U.S. Wii owners reported playing Ōkami and what is the average number of hours played 'Per person'? Brew yourself some coffee, and let's take a look!", writes CoffeeWithGames.

thanks.. I will buy this game this month then.. Trophies too? hell ya im on this.. $20 for the definitive version of a great action/adventure title that rivals LoZ

Sure, you can still play without the move. In fact, if Move functionality is anything like using the Wii remote, then it's probably better played with a traditional controller. The brush strokes felt better with motion controls, but everything else was just annoying waggle.

And the game was about 33 hours for me, if I remember right. It's easily worth $20. I don't know why the author of this article would use a loaded title like that.

'26 Hours 42 Minutes' LOL

If you ignored all the sidequests, all the collectables and all the mini games then perhaps if you rush as fast as you can through the game you may just squeeze it in for 27 hours.

80 hours at least if you want to fully enjoy the game and collect everything. And I'm not including trophies.

the same amount of time as the original game?

People may play it differently but the game is the same. Except in HD.

It's worth even more then that. While we are on the subject Sony should totally buy all the Clover games and make sequels. An Okami, God Hand and Viewtiful Joe sequel would be awesome.

THIS!!!!

Capcom needs to sell God Hand to Sony, Nintendo or PLATNUIM. I'm confident anyone of those three would do a good job with that IP.

Unique game, day 1 purchase for me from the PS Store.

I had no idea Binary Domain was backwards compatible. I know what I'm downloading.

I would like El Shaddi, Afterburner Climax, and outrun 2 please. I am sure that there are other games as well but those came to mind for me right now.
